- i fixed the problem,it was a problem about BIOS motherboard has bug,i update the bios and now the game work perfect.

- but not fix the problem
- -format\reinstall windows 11 and install only gtav on it with latest nvidia drivers (without anything other app) this has been try more than 5 times
- -run in primary nvme (brand1)
- -run in secondary nvme (brand2)
- -run in ssd (Brand3)
- -Low all graphic at minimum or off
- -disable\close onedrive
- -disable cloud saves
- -play with Offline mode steam
- -disable all backgrounds\rec apps
- -disable internet
- -disable XMP ddr ram profiles
- -try 1-2-3 xmp ddr ram profiles
- -disable controller\bluethoot play only keyboard mouse
- -disable gaming mode win11
- -disable exclusive screen win11
- -disable xbox game bar,nvidia shadow
- -play the game after just format\install new windows without install afterburner or rivatuner
- -use default values for all gpu,cpu,memory
- -use old gpu drivers
- -uninstall dx and reinstall from ms instead of from gtav steam
- -disable cpu turbo boost
- -disable virtual technology in cpu
- Config:
- RTX2-i512400-32GB DDR5 6ghz
- Win11 23H226016.1012 canary
- Nvidia Drivers 4633
- OS 100% clean after just install windows11 and install only GTAV
- dxdiag info has no problem perfect status
