Here is a non-exhaustive list of characters that can arouse me, with the series or specific game they originate from (all but two of them mentioned are playable fighters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate) (any adult-age men and a handful of men older than 10 years old not listed here can also arouse me if they are undressed to some extent):

1. Marth (Fire Emblem series) - Physical femboyish appearance similar to mine, blue hair as part of being born of nobility and wearing a simple tiara are bonuses. When depicted nude, appears to be a twink, skinny as I am in real life. Currently my strongest crush/waifu so far. His weapons are not the main appeal to me. Sometimes Ike, Chrom, male Byleth, or any other men from more recent Fire Emblem games accompanying him increase my arousal, better if they are also undressed to some extent.

2. Corrin (human male only) (Fire Emblem Fates) - Exposes his bare feet all the time, triggering sexual arousals within me very often. His ability to transform into a dragon and weapons are not the main appeal to me. isn't what attracts me to him. His red irises and pointy elf-like ears are a bonus. Currently the best character who represents my feet fetish. Transforming into a dragon will end any arousal I have with him until he transforms back into a human.

3. Ryu, Ken Masters (Street Fighter series) - Both depicted barefoot almost all the time, as with Corrin, but with bulkier bodies. Secondary characters who represent my feet fetish less often. Their fighting abilities don't really draw me in, as other characters can have similar abilities.

4. Link, Shulk (The Legend of Zelda series, Xenoblade Chronicles) - Blond-hair twink men who, when depicted nude, have bodies that are similar to real-life twink men. Elf ears for Link (and sometimes his brown low-heeled riding boots), spiky hair for Cloud, and an official swimming trunks outfit for Shulk are all bonuses. Their weapons are not the main appeal to me. Both arouse me when they are undressed to some extent.

5. Cloud Strife, Snow Villiers (Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII) - Same as #4, but I am less familiar with these characters. Both arouse me when they are undressed to some extent.

6. Solid Snake, Simon Belmont, Richter Belmont (Metal Gear Solid series, Castlevania series) - Hunk-type men whose physique are somehow a good combination that can sometimes arouse me. When undressed to some extent, their physical appearances are the representation of a man who has more body hair and/or muscle, in case I become attracted to one. Their weapons are not the main appeal to me.

7. Phoenix Wright (Ace Attorney series) - Often depicted weared a business suit (sometimes in casual clothing, but I will lose most of my arousal with those clothing). His body type is likely similar to mine, but more twink than hunk.

8. Joker/Ren Amimiya (Persona 5) - Physical appearance similar to mine, but with black hair like I have in real life, and aligns more closely with real-world people. His persona is not the main appeal to me, and I prefer him without his mask. I've heard about genitals appearing in-game within Persona 5, so I may be able to draw stronger connections between Joker and other supporting men over time, as long as they are in their human form.

9. The Luminary (aka Hero) (Dragon Quest XI) - Similar body type to mine, also more of a twink; his hairstyle somehow attracts me. Arouses me more when he is undressed to some extent.

10. Terry Bogard (Fatal Fury and King of Fighter series) - Blonde, but has a ponytail that females have more often. Somewhat bulkier than I am, and his default dress (down to the shoes) might give a slight arousal to me. Arousal is stronger the more clothing is removed, like with most other characters.

Below are some characters that I like, but have little or no sexual arousal to:

1. Pac-Man (Pac-Man series) - Very first video game mascot, non-humanoid body shape. His debut game accelerated the entire cartoon-based video game industry, which may have not survived to today had he not came into existence.

2. Mario (Super Mario series) - Most famous of many video game characters, cartoonish appearance. Shorter, somewhat stubby height is a bonus to me. Luigi could come in as a drop-in replacement if only he was slightly more famous, but being alongside Mario is usually enough.

3. Kirby (Kirby series) - Can use his ability to inhale and gain various abilities by sucking in certain enemies. His cute, non-humanoid appearance and squishiness also appeal to me.

4. Sonic the Hedgehog (Sonic the Hedgehog series) - Runs unusually fast, and can keep doing this without getting tired. Somewhat reminds me of travelling at highway-like speeds.

5. Yoshi (Super Mario and Yoshi series) - Cute, caricatured dinosaur appearance appeals to me, doing away with associations of dinosaurs as terrifying. The majority of his species are depicted as friendly and helpful.
