Whacking Rules and Ordinance of Whack Legitimacy:
Since the early days of the community, we have strived and grown through the usage of the original rules of "this thing of ours", established by CaptainPrice321 a very long time ago. As the years have gone by, the establishment and meaning of these rules have been deserted, twisted in ways for others to benefit from them, and in some cases completely disregarded. As the community continues to grow, and younger generations are initiated into our business, members of the older generation of Sicilian mafiosi have sat down together in order to keep the vision of our predecessors like Epi30, PaulCicero, Skateym9, CaptainPrice321, TheEliteWing, and many others alive. The collection of rules and laws created, are and will be the only rules of the RoMafia community. These rules were formed in agreement with the original rules. They have been updated in order to compensate for the passing of time since the original rules were established. These "commandments'  of La Cosa Nostra will benefit all members of the community, from the lowest associate to the princely Don. The ignorance of any of these rules is punishable by death.


1. Omertà

Omertà implies "...the categorical prohibition of cooperation with state authorities or reliance on its services, even when one has been victim of a crime." A person should absolutely avoid interfering in the business of others and should not inform the authorities of a crime under any circumstances (though if justified he may personally avenge a physical attack on himself or on his family by vendetta, literally a taking of revenge, a feud). Even if somebody is convicted of a crime he has not committed, he is supposed to serve the sentence without giving the police any information about the real criminal, even if that criminal has nothing to do with the Mafia. Within Mafia culture, breaking omertà is punishable by death

2. The Sicilian Code of Honor

Formerly known as the Ten Commandments of the Mafia Community,they have been modified to better fit the community .These are the roblox-wise version of the the Commandments. This "Code of Conduct" gives insight on to how business should be done and completed, as a family and individually. Breaking of these laws is punishable by death.

1. Respect and Honor, when you get whacked validly accept it with respect and honor, admit it happened. You should show respect to the person who whacked you and they should show respect to you also, we are all businessmen.

2. Flaming or Roasting should not occur in the mafia community, what happens on roblox stays on roblox. If you get whacked do not flame over it. It was business. Don't take it to the heart.

3. No whacking at Commission meetings.

4. If you start a personal beef do not involve your family in it.

5. Sitdowns are to be respected.

6. Always being available for Cosa Nostra is a duty - even in the worst cases

7. When asked for any information, the answer must be the truth.

8. Never rat out your family.

9. Never provide law enforcement with knowledge of a crime or business dealings.

10. People who cannot be part of La Cosa Nosta include: Anyone who has a close relative in the police, anyone with a two-timing relative in the family and anyone who behaves badly and doesn't hold to moral values.


3. Whacking Rules and Ordinance of Whack Legitimacy

For years, these rules have been twisted and used in ways other than what they were originally established for. The community in the past couple years has seen an increase in the faking of whacks, whacks through admin commands, whacks through exploits, and many other things. These rules put an end to that, and will continually be updated in order to deal with any other problems faced, when dealing with whacking and the community. ALL families or organizations that apart of the mafia community or do "whacks" are to follow these rules. There are no other. Breaking of these rules is punishable by death, or in some cases expulsion from the community.


1. Whacks must be done with primary accounts, any whacks done on alternative accounts are considered invalid.

2. The victim's name must be showing above their head, as well as on the leaderboard during the time of death.

3. The victim must be dead with a fully red healthbar to be considered a valid whack.

4. Whacks at military,navy or unrealistic games are invalid.

5 Once whacked, you cant whack again until the whack is deemed invalid, taken down or proven to be invalid.

6. Only whack when needed, meaning only during wars, or if the whack is ordered by a superior.

7. Dont "roast", "flame", or harass people after whacking them, try to keep it professional.

8. Once a whack is considered invalid or taken down, its forever invalid. Reposting a whack wouldnt be valid.

9. Whacks that are done and saved prior to the time of upload are considered valid.

10. Whacks must show the killers healthbar, weapon, and the leaderboard, including their username at the top.

11. Using the :kill [name] command with admin is considered invalid.

12. Use a realistic weapon to do whacks, meaning knifes, guns or anything else considered realistic.

13. The name and healthbar must be showing during the time of death, if the killer is recording and the target unhides their name but hides it while being killed its invalid.

14. If a place is updated to where all whacks are invalid, any whack prior to the update is still valid.

15. In game descriptions, state rather whacks are invalid or valid in the game, nothing along the lines of “Whacks done on the [name] family are invalid here"

16. Exploit whacks arent considered valid, you must do it at a place where a weapon can be purchased or received through admin.

17. The account you use as of 8/18/16 is your main account.

18. If somebody's alternative account is whacked, it doesnt mean their main account is whacked, even if you can connect the alternative account to the main account.

19. Whacks should be uploaded to Roblox as a decal or on Youtube as a video, the title should be the victim’s name followed by “clapped”, “whacked”, etc.

20. If a whack isn't uploaded by the killer, be sure to name the shooter in the description.

21. Changing your account to a new name does not make a whack on your previous name invalid.

These are the true and only Laws and Commandments of the Sicilian Mafia. All individuals associated or members of the roblox mafia community are to follow these rules to the upmost of their abilities. May your business' thrive and prosper.
