  68. -well for starters, we need heightitude here, so let's just add 10x Stairs and be done with that

  71. -now, the naive solution here would be to start with 10x the minimum solution... oh, we also need to remember, Windmills are capped at 25 because they belong on the top floor only due to their TALLNESS attribute! in fact we actually only need eight Stairs because reasons, so set 25 Windmills, remove 2 Stairs, and 10x the rest
