# Why do you want to be a moderator?
#### I would like to become a staff member on FruitJam because i want to help anyone and everyone if it's possible.When I first joined FruitJam, I had some questions that I didn't know the answers to.I asked some of the staff members and they gave me feedback immediately. I want to be this person, the one who brightens your day, the one who solves your problem, the one who does whatever is possible to assist you. I also want to give back to the server by dedicating my time and energy into the community.On a daily basis I have multiple hours of spare time where I have little to nothing going on and I feel that I can utilize this time and put it into the server. Because of this free time,As staff, I will be active and always respond to the reports that players. Every so often something goes unchecked, which isn't a big deal, but it may leave an impression of not being responsible when a player breaks a rule and does not get punished. My hope is that I can be accepted to the staff team so I can start helping the players in need and punish the rule breakers to improve the community.I hope to grow my leadership skills as well as increase my skill sets. I am a compassionate person and very understanding of the daily issues that cause stress and I will respect the players when confronting an issue or rule breaker. But the main reason I want to become staff for FruitJam is that I absolutely love the server. The staff team is wonderful, the Owner is very friendly and kind, and overall the server is enjoyable. I feel that if I were to become a staff member, I will be able to help this great community and improve it.I would like to do whatever is possible to help the FruitJam community. I fell in love with the server the day it opened and I don't want to see it shut down.The people of FruitJam are friendly and overall a great community, and I will strive to maintain this as staff.I've staffed before, multiple times as I stated and I would like to staff for FruitJam
