  1. Hi there, this is the battle rules for Pimpnite's Youtube streams!
  2.
  3. The teams mostly used on my streams are designed at being creative and fun - compared to mainstream and super competitive. This doesn't mean we can't have a "competitive" battle, but it's nice if both people are on an even playing field.
  4.
  5. I CAN guarantee anyone I match up with a battle, HOWEVER:
  6.
  7. If you bring a really competitive team, the battle will likely end in a skip, as I only have so much time and so many battles to get through for Youtube worthy content. Considering my usual teams, heavy competitive teams will likely end the battle super quick, when the point of my battles are not only to have the time necessary to show off each Pokemon, but to entertain my viewers to the fullest.
  8.
  9. - Search code 1717 1717 for a CHANCE to match up with me. Other people will be searching as well, so you might battle them, too!
  10. - Try to bring along creative movesets. (It doesn't matter so much what the Pokemon is.) For example, Swords Dance Zacian is an instant skip unless I state otherwise, as in if I ask for very strong teams.
  11. - Please DO NOT put the entire team to sleep
  12. - Please DO NOT watch the stream and look at the moves I pick - Pausing stream is the best way! People WILL roast you if you stream snipe!
  13. - You can bring ANY Pokemon as long as it's something creative!
  14. - No swear words in nicknames - A joke is fine, nothing disgusting or racist etc
  15. - Only ONE battle per stream, let's give everyone else a chance, too!
  16. - Don't take forever to pick a single move, we have 20 mins so ~20 seconds seems fine.
  17. - Don't deliberately stall (unless there is absolutely no other alternative). If you have to stall, pick your moves fast.
  18. - Most battles are singles 6v6 normal rules. If I want another format, I will verbally say on stream. (Doubles, multi, metronome etc)
  19.
  20. The rules are designed so anyone can have a fun battle and not be worried about being "bad". It's all based around having FUN!!
  21.
  22. That is it, happy battling!
  23.
  24. P.S. If we have a battle, I CANNOT guarantee it will be featured on Youtube, as I have certain criteria for using a battle. Some key points to keep in mind regarding that, but do not all have to apply, and others may not be listed:
  25.
  26. - Entertaining battles
  27. - Close scoring game
  28. - If you have used a same team In a video before I usually don't repeat battles, I like to keep things fresh
  29. - Not mandatory, but I really enjoy when others bring a theme team as well!
