Reploids who've fled from other regions

The base is actually still under construction in some sections and is built within a mountain
Can be seen in the outdoors landscape

The forest stage dates from the "old wars" and was one of several research facilityies researching reploids
from a supernatural PoV and are built in cardinal points. Disis (west) and Notos (south).

The bosses in Z2 are considered strong enough to be possible candidates for new 4 heavenly kings / guardians

The bear stage is a simple south pole secret info processing center

Phoenix stage is old-gen reactors / furnaces

Trains are sitll used for ferrying because teleporting isn't cheap when it comes to huge volumes of cargo

The Neo Arcadia stage is a human residental district. The buildings in background are their residence.
The huge tower in the final room background is an elevator leading to a key NA administration facility akin to Area X
The stage itself is also part of such a facilty and Elpizo was trying to attack the NA HQ from this route

The bomber in bomber stage also dates from the "old wars", the "Seamrug B". Wingless autonomous heavy bomber.
B=Bomber. Has no external weapons so it relies on the "Tento Lancer" figther for defense as well as troops inside of it

The bomb contained computer viruses which would've spread in a huge radius.

Here's something cut from the final game: if Ciel took up too much damage, she'd faint and the mission would be considered failed.
A movie of the bomb dropping would play and the game over screen would've appeared.

The Leviathan stage is the roofs of the computer facility, which has activated anti-teleport measures as a result of Elpis intruding
into it. Both the entrance and the lower blocks are completly sealed, hence why you gotta intrude from the roof.

In Fefnir stage, Elpis stole a transport vehicle using the ID code he found in the crystal cave so as to try to intrude the NA HQ.

The crystal cave has a special mineral, a species of luminite, inside of it. They're normally invisible but turn visible when exposed
to a certain wavelength, emitted by those floating robots

Elpis was always after the Dark / Mother elf, from which he took his name. His "hope" at him guiding Reploids to true freedom
might've been the reason he  took it on

The temples serve to protect the key area named "sanctuary".

Here it suggests Armed Phenomenon was actually something the 4 of them originally had installed in them, not something created by the baby elves / dark elf

There's actually supposed to be a dark temple too but since it lacks a master then it's not shown in-game

Harpuia's will was actually managing to stop the Dark Elf's mind control; his battles with Zero had made him question the "justice" he believed on
and he's now trying to find it on his own

Yggradassil is considered to be a sealing device, atop a huge tower that looks down on the core area of NA. Half of the Dark Elf and X's body, the key, is kept within it.
The other half was in the Forest of Notos. It's actually supposed to be there in the scene after being the frog boss and when Elpis has cornered Cyber X but since it's half-transparent
(incomplete) then that might be why it's not seen

The Dark Elf instnatly rewrites the sensors that control "senses" and the power systems. While "hyperfying" the subjects. A  magnetic liquid fluid pressure that increases.
The huge energy flowing into the distorted "hope" he has stirs Pandora's curiosity, and is the prologue to a new Elf Wars...

The Dark Elf, created to put an end to the Irregular Wars and that was turned into this form by Vile, who curses all Reploids. She was the symbol
of cooexistence of humans and reploids, and the sad history itself

The energy accumulated in Elpis reaches a critical state and is released, and creates a distorted space. The weak electromagnetic interaction with the Dark Elf
creates a "negative energy field" equivalent to a microscopic black hole and changes him to a "grotesque" form. Was his hope but a deepy sinful ambitions?

Mother Elf heals Elpis soul, turns into a Cyber Elf, and leaves... But Doctor Vile's curse has not been undone yet. She turns into the Dark Elf again and vanishes...
