  1. When doing assignments for school, anxiety often overwhelms me. Therefore, whenever I open up Microsoft Word, the feeling of pressure that came from mountains of assignments and writing college essays still follows me. Opening up that program makes my stomach squirm and makes writing just about impossible--not to mention the frustration that came from seeing the red squiggles under words that were misspelled and the process of trying to input the correct letters into words to make the red lines go away. Because of this, when doing assignments, I can no longer use Word and must resort to either Word Pad, Open Office or (my favorite, the unassuming, low-pressure program of) Notepad.
