Time that you can commit: I can commit on week days 1-4 hours a day and weekends typically 8+ hours depending on rare situations(family, friends, etc.

Why do you want this rank: I feel the staff is sort of lacking on the server and the occasional times staff does happen to be on not much Is done IMO, people will be cursing(breaking rule #1) and not get warned Hackusations will be thrown left and right with not action taken in to place to stop or investigate the situation, I feel the server needs more staff or at least more active for different time zones of staff.

How do you think you can help the server: I think that I could assist just by doing simple things, such as warn, or mute people who simply don't follow the rules we have set in place. I can help people as well as staff who need the assistance I'm pretty Savvy in most things Minecraft related and can generally help. If there is something I do not understand I will do my best to learn and grow from that experience.

Explain cases you'd need to take action in(ban etc): If someone is breaking the rules it really depends on the situation, if they are swearing left and right it will be warn so they understand not to continue if they continue ill temp mute for about 10 minutes, but say someone was setting of the anti cheat over and over and very noticeably hacking id ask for a screen share and would check for a client or some sort of something that would trigger anti cheat, if caught it would be a ban. The punishments really very depending on the offense in my personal opinion so It really depends on what's actually happening to justify a certain punishment.

Tell us about yourself: I am a 18 yr old high school student, I love games.. a little to much at times, I'm outgoing, very imaginative and can easily pick up and learn basics of a subject even after one time. I'm willing to learn anything that may help benefit me or the server.

Every been in trouble: I have not been in trouble on this server, I have been banned off of other servers for duping but that's been the extent

Why should we choose you over someone else: I feel I can be a productive part of this staff team, yes others may apply, but in my humble opinion my ability to pick up quick, follow rules, help whenever I can as well as previous staff background on smaller servers and one medium sized server makes me an ideal staff member on this server.

Are you able to be online 15 hours a week at max: I am perfectly fine being on 15 hours max a week honestly id probably end up pushing more especially after weekends

Staff on other servers: I am not staff on any other server as of right now nor do I plan to apply for any other server

Strengths and weaknesses: My first strength is my ability to grasp things fairly quick, I follow rules very well, and finally I can help most any Minecraft situation now my weaknesses I can be pretty hot headed at times(ill just leave the situation be), There are still some situations I'm not 100% sure how to take care of things tend to change, and finally my drive to get to the root of a problem tends to intervene in some instances of work.
