i found the local election results (i know it's credible it's because .ia.us), mmmmmost everyone did not vote. for trump. in fact, and i didn't make any solid graphs or anything so there could be bias i suppose, but often, when i looked at voter turnout, it was over 50%

and. uh. trump scored from anywhere to 0-55%, which looks a bit eeeeehh with the 55% but there were a lot. a . a lot of times, actually, where the score was like.... 30% trump; 60% hillary

not as often, but. there were a few times where it was like 15T-80H
the biggest one was 8.2T-89.07H

meanwhile when trump was more popular it was never by more than 10%
