- 18:29] Cormac says, "You know I don't think I've ever seen you laugh Halsten."
- [18:29] Halsten deadpans.
- (Halsten)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [18:30] Halsten says, "I don't have much reason to laugh nowadays."
- [18:30] Cormac asks, "Why is that?"
- [18:30] Halsten asks, "Nothing really. . funny happening?"
- [18:30] Halsten says, "Demons attacking people and places. I just try to live and survive amidst it all."
- [18:30] Halsten says, "If I walk unnoticed, the better it is."
- [18:31] Cormac allowed the silence to hang in the air for a moment as they glanced down. Then looking back up at Halsten.
- (Cormac)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [18:31] Halsten deadpans.
- (Halsten)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [18:31] Cormac says, "I've an idea for a project."
- [18:31] Halsten asks, "What is it?"
- [18:31] Cormac asks, "You know Juggernaut style plate?"
- [18:31] Cormac says, "Fashioned out of Nyeshk."
- [18:31] Halsten says, "Yeeees...too heavy and nigh useless."
- [18:32] Cormac says, "I thought so too and then I started helping on the Gems."
- [18:32] Halsten says, "Oh."
- [18:32] Halsten says, "Ooooh."
- [18:32] Cormac asks, "Has potential right?"
- [18:32] Halsten says, "Hmmmm..it is complicated."
- [18:32] Halsten says, "Because on one side."
- [18:32] Halsten says, "You wouldn't still be able to dash around, dance around the battlefield."
- [18:33] Halsten says, "On the other, nothing is dragging you back."
- [18:34] Cormac says, "It's got potential I'd say."
- [18:34] Cormac says, "Though, limited sale value."
- [18:34] Halsten says, "Hmmmm..."
- [18:34] Halsten asks, "I don't see people using it, to be honest?"
- [18:35] Cormac says, "No..."
- [18:35] Halsten asks, "The idea exists, it can be good but. What if we shift if from the juggernaut effect to another?"
- [18:35] Cormac asks, "Like what?"
- [18:36] Halsten says, "HHmmm..."
- [18:36] Halsten asks, "Longer dashes?"
- [18:36] Halsten asks, "Invisibility?"
- [18:36] Halsten asks, "Make that -one hit- count more?"
- [18:36] Cormac says, "I'd never say no to more dash range."
- [18:36] Halsten says, "Neither would I."
- [18:36] Cormac asks, "But that's not a whole suite... Jet boots?"
- [18:36] Halsten asks, "Maybe even the Indomitable one?"
- [18:37] Cormac asks, "What's that one do?"
- [18:37] Halsten says, "If you are hurt more than your opponent, you get stronger."
- [18:37] Halsten asks, "There is also the weird one that makes you faster after a dash?"
- [18:38] Lorenzo Falcone says, "Today was nice."
- [18:38] Cormac says, "I'm inclined for the longer dashes over the others."
- [18:38] Halsten says, "We can also sell serrated blades for...bleed."
- [18:38] Lorenzo Falcone says, "Ish."
- [18:38] Lorenzo Falcone asks, "Serrated you say?"
- [18:38] Halsten says, "Or blunt hammers that break bones."
- [18:38] Cormac says, "Bleed- Ah, hey Lorenzo."
- [18:38] Halsten says, "Hey Lorenzo."
- [18:39] Cormac says, "I met up with the Gorgons and got to know their leadership."
- [18:39] Cormac says, "It was fun."
- [18:40] Halsten says, "But yeah, we can do quite a lot"
- [18:42] Cormac says, "Well, truth be told I'm interested in making a suite of Nyseshk thats semi-self powered to counteract the weight and even offer benefits to the wearer."
- [18:42] Halsten says, "Hmmmmmmm...."
- [18:42] Halsten says, "We would need. . some special material for it. I don't think runes and blessings would cut it."
- [18:43] Cormac says, "A powersource, yeah."
- [18:43] Halsten says, "Hmmm..and something metaphysically inclined."
- [18:43] Cormac pondered that.
- (Cormac)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [18:44] Cormac asks, "Metaphysically?"
- [18:44] Halsten says, "Removing the weight of nyeshk is. . . absurd."
- [18:44] Halsten says, "Even skimming the molten ore to remove slag and refining it. . "
- [18:44] Halsten says, "It is just too dense? Too heavy."
- [18:44] Lorenzo Falcone asks, "Maybe a gravity based core?"
- [18:44] Halsten says, "A gravity core would help."
- [18:45] Halsten asks, "Trying to call Red Dot?"
- [18:45] Lorenzo Falcone says, "Well there ya go, grab Red Dot for that."
- [18:45] Cormac rubbed his chin.
- (Cormac)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [18:45] Halsten says, "Red Dot is passed out."
- [18:45] Lorenzo Falcone says, "Just checking in--ah ok."
- [18:45] Halsten says, "Mhm."
- [18:45] Halsten says, "We can check with her once she wakes up."
- [18:46] Lorenzo Falcone says, "Perfect/"
- [18:46] Cormac says, "A lot can be done... Well, we'll ask here."
- [18:47] Halsten says, "But yeah, that is the problem with Nyeshk."
- [18:47] Halsten says, "It is too heavy and barely. . anyone uses it."
- [18:47] Cormac says, "Which means its easily acquired en mass."
- [18:47] Halsten says, "I've been using it on a few projects, -sparingly- due to its weight."
- [18:47] Halsten says, "NOT THAT EASY but yeah."
- [18:47] Cormac says, "I have a decent amount."
- [18:47] Halsten says, "We got thirty-two stored."
- [18:48] Cormac says, "I have about... Eighteen I think."
- [18:48] Halsten says, "Fifty then."
- [18:48] Cormac says, "Well... Iron and copper make steel."
- [18:48] Halsten says, "Mhm."
- [18:48] Cormac asks, "Has anyone tried synthesizing a new alloy using Nyeshk?"
- [18:48] Halsten says, ". . . . ."
- [18:48] Halsten says, ". . . . . . ."
- [18:48] Halsten says, "Ok."
- [18:48] Halsten says, "Ores that are light."
- [18:48] Halsten says, "Three. Two. One. Go."
- [18:48] Cormac says, "Orichalcums teh lgithest."
- [18:48] Cormac says, "Then blue mercury."
- [18:49] Halsten says, "Orichalcum, Blue Mercury, Mythril."
- [18:49] Halsten says, "The three lightest. Now."
- [18:49] Halsten says, "What else could we mix."
- [18:49] Halsten asks, "Arcanium?"
- [18:49] Halsten asks, "Or are we using the basic ores for easy access?"
- [18:49] Cormac says, "Arcanium would gurantee a good bonding process."
- [18:50] Cormac says, "But it wouldn't be easily replicated."
- [18:50] Halsten says, "Yeah."
- [18:50] Cormac says, "Prism also fits that thoguht process."
- [18:50] Halsten says, "Very expensive."
- [18:50] Halsten says, "Very rare."
- [18:50] Cormac says, "Not what we want."
- [18:50] Halsten says, "Mhm."
- [18:51] Cormac asks, "Viridium?"
- [18:51] Cormac says, "Decently light, not super rare."
- [18:51] Halsten says, "Hm...not that heavy, not that light. Not really rare but uncommon."
- [18:51] Halsten says, "Hurts ones health."
- [18:52] Cormac says, "It does at that..."
- [18:52] Cormac says, "But..."
- [18:52] Cormac says, "Nyeshk does not and is thick enough that it could counteract that burn."
- [18:53] Halsten says, "Very heavy with not so heavy."
- [18:53] Halsten asks, "An idea. What else?"
- [18:53] Cormac says, "We'll need some form of ore which can facilitate their blending."
- [18:53] Cormac says, "During the smelting process."
- [18:54] Cormac says, "Otherwise we'll just get a bunch of slag."
- [18:54] Halsten says, "We can remove the slag."
- [18:54] Halsten says, "I am an earth magi, removing impurities is also with me. Slag can be removed with patience...and a lot of laddles."
- [18:54] Cormac says, "And I can reach any heat we need. Theoretically."
- [18:54] Halsten says, "Yep."
- [18:54] Cormac asks, "What if we.... Used copper and iron in the mix?"
- [18:55] Halsten says, "Hmmm...Heavy plus not so heavy plus not so heavy."
- [18:55] Cormac says, "They naturally bond and could create a stronger bond between the Viridium and Nyeshk."
- [18:55] Halsten says, "It can."
- [18:55] Halsten says, "We could just also brute force things."
- [18:55] Cormac took a moment to make some notes in his jounral.
- (Cormac)

- [18:56] * You have been awarded 2 Levels! *
- [18:56] Cormac says, "Once we finish the Gems we can circle back to this idea."
- [18:56] Halsten says, "Alright."
