Tavern Scene 1

"Oooooh maaaan, yeah, I can hook you up, brother..." Charles got up to Edward. He pointed him into the direction of his shop, the Wagon Station. "Name a world approved by the Scheherazade Foundation, and this wagon can take you there!" He said. Before anymore can be said, a person was thrown over a table.

"Quit yer talkin', you emotionless twat!" A British man said to the recently tossed person. He got up. A clear look at his pointy ears confirms that he isn't human.

"I was just saying that one life in trade for a few thousand years of life is a fair trade." He said.

"Oh yeah! And what if that life was your daughter? HUH!? HUH!?" The Brit walked forward and pulled out a gun.

"H-hey! No fighting-" The bartender said before the Brit fired at him. He was shot in the shoulder before going down behind the bar stand.

"If such a cost be that, I'll gladly make that sacrifice for the greater good." He said.

"'The greater good'." He mocked him, then fired at his knee. "SHUT IT, ALREADY!" Despite the blatant injury he was inflicted, the inhuman did not react. The entire bar went dead silent.
