Rocket was setting up for another adventure, last time he went on one of his dangerous exploration missions he had to deal with ichor beasts and getting a whole team back alive somehow. The recent reports of islands breaking down and splitting apart, revealing new secrets that no one knew about beforehand. Skires are confused to why this is happening and are setting up multiple teams to explore this new phenomenon. Rocket heard that they found metallic structures that seem to be ancient technology, but without exploring them and documenting them no one knows what truly they are. He is adamant on exploring them and figuring that out, Skire scientists are also offering a good payment in a return for documenting these metallic structures and reporting back to them. The historians as well would like to document this for future records, and to study these metallic ancient artifacts further, it could enlighten them about the past of the islands and what could have been there before they came along and many of skires inhabitants.

The cold metallic structures seem to be embedded into the broken islands like a piece of fruit that you broke into and finally get a look at its flesh or a tumor growing aggressively out of healthy flesh, it was unnatural, almost organic at times and had many fear for what truly it is. Is it another abomination about to case havoc upon everyone and everything like the ichor beasts? Or is it simply ancient ruins that were finally revealed to the world when the islands broke apart from each other? No one knew and everyone wanted answers that only a few brave ones were willing to seek out knowing the potential danger ahead. Some were doing it for science while others did it for money.

Rocket began his adventure, exploring the twisted metal embedded into the islands. It was nothing like he has ever seen, something completely new. He has been living here in skire for a long time, but all of this was completely new to him. He has explored the land many times before and seen some very interesting and weird ancient things, including the beasts. The ancient metallic relics were something that intrigued him though. It could mean new technology something he could use for his next adventure, something helpful something that would help him build better gear or weapons to use against whatever threats him an encounter. He traced over the metallic ridges. They felt exactly like metal yet they had a very interesting texture in some areas, it felt almost organic and that put him on his guard. It could mean something is living here or something did live here. Nonetheless, that meant he had to be on his guard to be cautious and careful moving further into the ancient metallic caves. He couldn't be not be too careful. The island were fragile and crumbling at the edges due to them splitting and revealing their guts. So far in his exploration, he hasn't found anything too of interest, old metal and scraps. He had gathered a few specimens for the scientist that were paying him. That should give them something to analyze and study especially the almost organic material that pretended to be metal. There could be life here if there's such thing as organic metal, it could mean a new threat as well to skire and they may need to prepared themselves for such thing. Rocket inched closer and deeper as he flashed his light over old ruins and tried to read or understand them, but they were not comprehendible to him, so he simply took images of them so he could relay them to others who could translate them.
