ITV Border, previously Border Television and commonly referred to as simply Border, is the Channel 3 service provided by ITV Broadcasting Limited for the England/Scotland border region, covering most of Cumbria, Dumfries and Galloway, the Scottish Borders, parts of Northumberland and the Isle of Man. Border Television was taken over by Granada plc in 2001 and a year later, as part of a network-wide re-launch, the name Border Television was dropped from on-air presentation, continuity and idents before networked programming in favour of the national ITV brand (ITV Border is used before regional programming).

Lookaround is the evening news programme produced by ITV Border and broadcasting to Cumbria, Dumfries & Galloway, the Scottish Borders, parts of Northumberland and the Isle of Man. ITV Granada is a regional television company in North West England. It is the largest Independent Television franchisee in the UK, accounting for 25% of the total broadcasting output of the ITV network. Granada Reports is produced and broadcast from studios in the Orange Tower at MediaCityUK in Salford Quays – the first bulletin from Salford aired on Sunday 24 March 2013. Before this, the news service was based at Granada's studios in Quay Street, Manchester. Reporters are also based at newsrooms in the Royal Liver Building, Liverpool, Lancaster, Blackburn and Chester.

ITV Yorkshire is the British television service provided by ITV Broadcasting Limited for the Yorkshire franchise area on the ITV network. Until 1974, this was primarily the historic county of Yorkshire and parts of neighbouring counties served by the Emley Moor and Bilsdale transmitting station transmitters. Following a re-organisation in 1974 the transmission area was extended to include Lincolnshire, northwestern Norfolk and parts of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, served by the Belmont transmitter, but lost much of North Yorkshire served by the Bilsdale transmitter which covered Tyne Tees Television, with transmissions available as far south as Harrogate.

ITV News Calendar is the evening news programme produced by ITV Yorkshire and broadcasting to Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, northwestern Norfolk and parts of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. It broadcasts for thirty minutes each Monday to Friday from 18:00, covering regional news stories, features, sport and weather. Shorter bulletins air at other times.

The news service transmits to Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, northwestern Norfolk and parts of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire areas of England. It is produced and broadcast from ITV Yorkshire's Leeds studios with district reporters and camera crews based at newsrooms in Hull, Grimsby, Lincoln and Sheffield.

On January 8 2007, Calendar's main 18:00 programme and late bulletin was split into North and South editions (the latter combines the former East and South sub-regions). All other bulletins serve the entire region.

ITV Anglia is the ITV franchise holder for the East of England. The station is based at Anglia House in Norwich, with regional news bureaux in Cambridge and Northampton. ITV Anglia is owned and operated by ITV plc under the licence name of ITV Broadcasting Limited.

ITV Anglia broadcasts to Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, northern Hertfordshire, northern Buckinghamshire and southern Lincolnshire. ITV Thames Valley is a non-franchise ITV news region covering the Thames Valley area of the United Kingdom from 4 December 2006. It serves the south/south-eastern area of the legal Central franchise and the north/north-western area of the legal Meridian franchise.

The ITV Thames Valley news-gathering area itself is divided into two distinct north/south sub-regions for advertising and non-news regional programming only, on the ITV service:

ITV News Thames Valley is a regional news programme broadcast to part of the ITV Network in the Thames Valley area of southern England. The Thames Valley news region was launched on Monday 4 December 2006.

The region was created by a merger between Meridian West and Central South's regional news services, and broadcasts to the Meridian West sub-region from the Hannington transmitter, and the Central South sub-region from the Oxford transmitter. The Thames Valley operation covers Berkshire, Buckinghamshire (west including Aylesbury), Hampshire (north of and including Winchester), Oxfordshire, Surrey (west and including Camberley) and Wiltshire (east and including Swindon).

ITV London is the on-air brand name used by ITV Broadcasting Limited for the two ITV broadcast franchises, Carlton Television (weekdays) and London Weekend Television (weekends) in the London ITV region. Its terrestrial digital signal is transmitted from Crystal Palace in South London.

ITV London is based at The London Studios, on the south bank of the River Thames, the former home of London Weekend franchisee London Weekend Television. The centre was chosen due to both companies presence in the centre.

ITV Meridian (previously Meridian Broadcasting) is the holder of the ITV franchise for the South and South East of England. The station was launched at 12:00 am on 1 January 1993, replacing previous broadcaster Television South, and is owned and operated by ITV plc, under the licensee of ITV Broadcasting Limited. Meridian Broadcasting Ltd was one of several (but not all) ITV plc-owned regional companies to have its legal name changed on 29 December 2006, when it became ITV Meridian Ltd. This company is, along with most other regional companies owned by ITV plc, listed with Companies House as a "Dormant company".

The company broadcasts to the region from transmitters at Midhurst, Rowridge, Whitehawk Hill, Hastings, Heathfield, Tunbridge Wells, Bluebell Hill and Dover, as well as associated relays.
