Fiverr last review

We went through a lot of stuff and testing in the beginning, as we were completely aware it was the nowadays so popular MERRY CRYPTMAS RANSOMEWARE which like all others crypt your whole IMPORTANT data and your files are gone in a blink of an eye. Andrea, tech's name, found a decrypter and we actually found how to discover the crypting key to recover all the data which went unfortunately unsuccesful because we manage to reach the solution by doing following processes, everything via VOIP Webcam. It was like he was here in the room with me!
We unplugged everything unneeded
We tested every single RAM
We tested my Solid State Drive (first place via best softwares he provided to do it for)
After every single software used, reported a constant drive error in the same spot of the drive, we attached THAT drive in other 2 machines and run an OFFLINE WINDOWS SFC /SCANNOW.
The result was always the same. The drive cache along with some clusters was broken so we end up deciding to reinstall all from scratch with Andrea supervisioning whole process FOR FREE!

I have no other words to explain the effort and the work we\he did to narrow the issue down.

Definitedly one if not THE BEST tech i've ever met in my entire life. If you are facing ANY kind of IT issue and i'm saying exactly ANY KIND, this is the guy you HAVE to ask help for!

ALSO, He adviced me the best drive to buy for this specific machine i'm using as company main server.

Whole stuff i wrote here can sum up with 2 words: Extremely RECOMMENDED!
