Before the Universe was first created... The Afterlife existed. It was home to the kais and demons. The demons lived in Hell and were the most despicable race to exist. On the other hand, the kais dwelled in Heaven. They were a much more serene race and detested savagery. The demons rapidly caught on to this and were angered that they had to share a realm with such a race. They engaged war with the kais and attempted to invade Heaven numerous times, however, were crushed, quickly. The primary issue was the Supreme Kai. He was the most powerful kai and was a practical god...

Waves of hot, molten, magma pummeled into the blazing rock of hell. Uproarious screams from souls that were being brutally tormented resounded, bouncing off the walls. It all belonged to one demon. The Supreme Demon Lord, Xoz-Goxath. He was the most powerful evil spirit to exist with a power to rival even the Supreme Kai. However, millions of years ago he endeavoured to attack Heaven and was ceased by the four Cardinal Kais. They sealed him away into a pot which would hold him for centuries... However, the seal could only last so long...

It was a typical day of Hell... Screaming could be heard from the souls, and laughter from the demons who tormented them. The Demon Containment Pot which trapped Xoz-Goxath drifted around the ocean of Hell. It had almost been a thousand years since he was trapped in the pot... and amid those years, Xoz grew gradually more powerful. It was only a matter of time before the pot would smash due to his raw strength. Or perhaps even now... Crack. A little crack appeared on the surface of the pot. Then another hole at the sides... The pot gradually began breaking down... Soon enough he was free.

The Demon Lord, Xoz-Goxath stood there, gripping his blazing sword, firmly. His dark and ruddy hair was going all over the place, and red electricity zipped around his body. He cracked his neck, before extending his arm forward. The next moment a beam of Ki flew forward, causing an enormous explosion that left debris flying all over. He chuckled as he started strolling forward. Each step leaving behind a little hole. His magnificent power pulled in the other demons... They all gradually accumulated around him, astonished. He ignored all of them, slowly strolling forward...

That's when a demon shouted out... "Lord, XOZ!" Xoz turned his head, nodding at him. The demon strolled forward, limping, due to an injury. He kneeled before speaking, "Master, Xoz... While you were absent. The living domain was devoured by t-the.. light."

Xoz gritted his teeth, furiously. His eyebrow started twitching and his nails grew longer and longer. His fangs sharpened, and he raised his arm with his palm facing the demon. Without a second thought, he began..."H A K A I." All of a sudden, a ball of purple Ki encompassed the demon, encasing him inside completely. The demon had nowhere to run so he attempted to create a shield around his body. All of a sudden, the ball of Ki popped. It vaporized the shield right away before working it's way to the demon. Within a moment he vanquished from existence.

Xoz then flew off, returning to his castle. During his flight, he thought of ideas on how to alter this. How to fix what he fizzled. He returned home quickly, and sat on his throne, continuing to brainstorm ideas. He didn't know what to do... In truth, his best "plan" was to invade the living realm and fix this himself, instep of manipulating evil. For the next few weeks, he organized his Demon Army. They were made up of the most powerful, and elite creatures that resided in Hell. However, none of them matched Xoz's strength.

After wrapping up with plans, it was time to begin. He instructed his army to hold up in Hell until the time was right. Xoz then reached into his stash, pulling out an amulet. It was an unusual thing, but it had the power to bring demons into the living realm. He crushed it into pieces, and a purple portal appeared before him, sucking him in. The next diminutive he fell into the living realm and began looking around. Immediately he felt all the energies of everyone on the planet...How could he fail so wretchedly?! He flew into the air and looked around the planet, glaring at all the mortals.

The clouds began shifting colours from a shining white to a gloomy grey... They all started to unite until they covered the moon completely, and for a minute all of the Earth was dark. Then the clouds started drifting apart and uncovering the moon once again. However, the colour had also changed. It was no longer white but instead a bloody red.The sudden shift of colour frightened the humans. They ran around, panicking, and screaming.

(Human POV)

It was an unusual day of work. I worked overtime to wrap up a job my boss had instructed and was going to be returning home late. While returning home I thought of what my wife was cooking for supper. I don't think I had eaten since breakfast... Work sure was intense. That's when abruptly everything became pitch dark. My eyes couldn't see in the darkness. At first, I was befuddled and had assumed a power outage occurred. It was very common in the region I lived in. The next minute light appeared as I gazed at the sky, and the moon had suddenly shifted colours. It was a bloody red...I continued gazing at the moon, and that's when I saw something. It was someone... or something that was drifting in the air. I rubbed eyes, making sure I was seeing things clearly. It was still there. The creature had three flaming eyes that almost looked as in case he was glaring at me. Four curved horns sprouted from his thin head and blue flares secured his lower body. The monster discharged an uproarious yell, filled with outrage, and seethe. His eyes were completely red. He then raised his arm with a finger pointing into the sky. The next second the clamour from an explosion assaulted my ears, as he discharged a beam that penetrated the sky. It broke a gap in the air, leaving a massive red cross. Then... They showed up. Hundreds of his kind had jumped through the red cross, and into our world. They assaulted everyone, leaving no survivors. I rapidly turned around, attempting to elude this reality. There he stood right before me... The same demon who caused all of this. I took a step back, and before I knew it... His hand penetrated through my chest... He left me laying on the ground, nearly dead. I realized at this minute... The end of the world was here.
