Persona 5 Royal Arsene custom Level Up learnset

Skills learned after 7 (Arsene's last natural skill) will be learned based on Joker's level. Once the gallows are unlocked, I will be using it to make Joker's Persona's level equal to Joker (with the exception to his Ultimate Persona, since it's natural level is 95)
