- When the world as young, the gods spent most of their days exploring Erilen itself, where they laid down the foundation of life and guided ancient man in their struggles. Amelia on the other hand spent her days forging the heavens, and is credited with being both the direct and indirect creator of many. As such, she holds the title of Matriarch in the pantheon.
- Despite this lofty title, Amelia's intentions are so convoluted and incomprehensible that even her fellow gods are unable to understand her, let alone her own followers. It is said that when asked why she lead the creation process, she simply replied with a 'because she could'. Despite this simple response, Amelia does show love towards her creations, but likewise cares little for the behavior of mortal man, only ever showing concern if it were to threaten her or her fellow gods' existence.
- It is said that she adopted 'Amelia' to serve as an alias, as her true name would invoke madness upon the victim that were to hear it.
- Spheres of Influence: Amelia is basically the creator goddess. Despite this, other spheres of influence she carries are illusion, the cosmos, and mystery.
- Symbol: Three pillars supporting a sun.
- Depiction: A levitating woman with deformed, elephantine feet. Her skin is described as multiple strips of greyish material, hiding away an entire universe within; like her name, her true form is unknown, and said to cause insanity to those who look upon her.
- Month: Sajitar, the first month of summer.
- Queen of Deuvenesse: Amelia's realm is Deuvenesse; a seemingly infinitely expanding castle, with countless buildings and homes crafted for all the deities that Amelia entrusted to live within her realm.
- Pieces of Paradise: While many saw the Darkweavers as vile, evil creatures that should be sealed away, Amelia on the other hand saw a purpose in them. The goddess punished the Darkweavers by ripping their souls straight from their bodies, molding it with various animals and monstrosities so that she could create her own 'angels'. Their purpose is mostly unknown, but it's said that Amelia only creates the pieces from souls that have truly wronged in life.
- Notable Relations
- Murielle(Daughter): Created from Amelia's soul, Murielle is one of the Puzzled One's right hands, behind Xalon himself. The two share a loving relationship, and Murielle is more than willing to rush at Amelia's aid whenever necessary.
- Belial: Amelia and The Devil God are surprisingly very close friends. In fact, the two are sometimes depicted playing board games with each other.
- Rhysvial: Amelia misses the old Rhysvial, but knows that he is forever lost and must be contained. She often gambles with Belial for the key to the dragon god's cage; the two win or lose equally, but the key is currently within Belial's possession.
- Xalon: Widely debated upon. Some say Xalon is Amelia's son, some say a simple deity that walked Erilen before her. Whatever the case, The Lord's Blade is Amelia's most trusted herald, and carries out whatever duty she places upon him with utmost efficiency.
- Churches and Clergy
- Amelia is worshiped throughout Erilen out of respect. She was the only deity to not be outlawed by Belian clerics in Zerif, and was considered to be Belial's only true 'equal.'(And nowadays, it is widely known that she is above and beyond that.) Amelia's clergy can be found throughout the world, be it gathering within actual churches or found traveling the world. A lot of Sajitaran clerics seek to sharpen their mind, so that they can one day look upon Amelia and join her in her complex puzzle of a castle.
- As far as churches go, she's almost always worshiped alongside Murielle and Xalon; or at least one of the two. These three are often referred to as the trinity. Churches to Amelia always have a large rose garden spreading freely across the courtyard, only ever trimmed once the thorny thickets begin to spread over the path to the church itself. The top level of Sajitaran churches are known for having large arcane observatories for guests to gaze into the cosmos.
- Holy Texts
- Our Lady's Garden: Her holy text.
- Pressure Points of The Mind: A large book that resembles a dictionary. It's often used to test the minds of master illusionists, and is filled with countless puzzles and riddles that will make a normal man's head roll.
- Notable Equipment
- The Masquerade: A gigantic greatsword. Its main use is to shred the ribbons from her body to reveal her true form, however, the blade is known by all accounts to be incredibly powerful, and has served Amelia's use in countless battles.
- The rose is an important symbol to Sajitaran clerics, as the goddess has actually described Erilen as such: "My creation is a bountiful rose garden. Full of beauty, but also thorns."
- Rituals
- N/A; Fervent followers will often draw their blood using thorns before praying to Amelia. Many followers actually believe she is one of the only deities that willingly speak to her followers nowadays.
