Summary Story 201902

As the Grandoor started to shake and fall apart, they resorted to fleeing the place for the time being. Eventually they found a gate to teleport them to the ground. Then Paladia people witnessed Vlad descending from the sky, falling into panic and despair. Hess and Ardore tried to attack Vlad using airship but they were annihilated instead.

Rain spotted a crystal on Vlad's head. He speculated that it was where Vlad's original soul resided. And they aimed to break the crystal to end his soul duplication. Mairo found them and they got to board Invincible. However Invincible couldn't bring them to the head directly, so they had to land on Vlad's waist.

After a while they encountered duplicated version of the Eight Veritas. However they possessed terrifying regenerative abilities. They wanted to conserve strength for the battles to come but they had to use full strength if they wanted to defeat them. Then, Sieghart took out some medicine made of Drop of Origin that Nagi and Levnard drank before. However Erumauru once told Citra that there was risk of losing their immortality since Drop of Origin was meant to restore one to their original state. To defeat the Eight Veritas, Sieghart, Citra, Ignacio, Folka and Cid drank it, leaving out Reagan since Sieghart thought that Reagan was needed to guide the new Paladia kings to the future.

After the battle, the five veritas became very weak and they speculated that they lost their immortality and could not battle anymore. Reagan said some parting words with them, about their adventures together and their bond. Citra urged him to move forward to assist his sons and their comrades for the future. On their way, Rain, Lasswell and Reagan picked up a piece of crystal each.

Eventually they reached the crystal and managed to defeat (break) it. However, Vlad did not stop and absorbed the group into his inner world. In his resentment, although his plans failed, he would not allow his accursed enemies, accursed royalties to leave alive.

While they were in a pinch, the crystals they just picked up reacted. Rain summoned Sol, Crimson, Kyanos and Milfas. Lasswell summoned siblings duo they met back in tournament, Magus sisters, Chrowa and Regina. Reagan summoned Monpelt plus the four Hess sage kids, Yuraisha, Rowen and Sophia. They offered encouraging words as well as battle assistance.

After the visions disappeared, they found a crystal that was the true form of Vlad's soul. Before they head over to the battle, Fina being Fina said she would be lonely after the battle was over. Rain and Lasswell offered to have an adventure again with the three of them. Then they started talking about meeting place, meeting time... all in the middle of all those stuff (thanks Fina). Then they finally broke the crystal and they got freed from that world, stopping Vlad completely. Then the world is rejoiced at their victory.

Lasswell reunited Magus sisters and their parents in the forms of graves. He also made plans to build facilities for the slums for the sake of the sibling duo in the tournament. Reagan and Citra served as their close associates. Reagan said he wanted to be part of Hess because it's Yuraisha's country. He wanted to carry out his duty as a son although it was too late. Reagan asked for permission to tour around the world to visit his past comrades since there wouldn't be chances after the rebuilding plans started carrying out.

They saw Zahha (Milfas's town) being rebuilt and people started coming back. Then there was a commotion with Sieghart's street shows along with his assistants Nagi and Shamlin. (The content is how he charmed monsters that attacked him with his beauty) Then Sieghart asked for payment since Citra and Reagan watched his street show.

Their next stop was Water Shrine but Folka was not there. Folka went to Olderion, saying that she wanted to live there. The street children got close to her since she looked like the first water priestess in the drawings (in fact, it was her).

Cid started living with his two daughters. Mid and Yego started quarreling about Yego wearing Mid's skirt. Then Cid broke up the argument. Mid and Yego went off to a cafe in town. Reagan gave Cid the last portion of the Drop of Origin. Accordingly the flower in Gungan disappeared and it was speculated that it only bloomed in Paladia's crisis. It was so that they could relieve Mid of her immortality so that she would not be immortal alone in future. Apparently the bomb in Yego was also removed safely thanks to Erumauru's strength. (I thought it was another Distorque's bluff but to think it was real..)

Ignacio became a sculptor since weaponsmiths are not needed in peaceful times. He was trying to make a Kagane sculpture but could not make one to his satisfaction.

Then they visited Rain, Nichol and Sakura in Ardore. Apparently Ardore is in chaos because of the huge change in slavery and stuff, but Rain got it sorted out nicely (or so he said).

Lid and Jake were on an airship and they were as usual. Apparently Jake had a ring prepared and ready to propose anytime.

Fina and Faisalith were living in Grandshelt. Since Reagan heard Faisalith wanted to look for a job, he offered to introduce her to the Grandsheld knights, to Faisalith's delight. Fina was in a dilemma since today was the promised meeting date of hers and the two kings to go on a trip. She thought that they couldn't come since they would be too busy. Then, Faisalith urged her to go since she wouldn't know unless she went to the meeting place.

Fina arrived but she was alone. She understood they were busy but she was still lonely. Then, Rain and Lasswell showed up and they went off on a journey together on chocobos.
