As her parents took turns in paying for her tutors and her doctor appointments, she was very patient throughout the whole ordeal, hoping to be able to go outside when she is older. While being indoors most of her life, she learned how to appreciate what she can see from her window and the many electronics her parents provide for her. Since she hasn’t been around anyone close to her age, she is very quiet and shy when she finally leaves the house and very introverted. Because she hasn’t really met people her age, she is very gullible to what they tell her. It was her uncle, who acted as her music tutor, who got her into music and songwriting. As her parents were away with their demanding medical jobs and her uncle the only person they trust to be around her when she’s being tutored, they had a lot of time to bond over their shared love of music.

It just so happens that the girl playing the prince’s soon-to-be bride is now his girlfriend, and leaving Nali more heartbroken than she hoped to be. As the play goes on, he chooses Nali instead of his so-called girlfriend, plunging into the ocean to be with her till death.
