- This is a simple suggestion for Real Solid for resuming trading in mcxNow without having to deal with support e-mails.
- 1) remove the "Contact" link and support e-mail from the site
- 2) create a link called "Support" where the user must fill the following fields:
- - username
- - TXID (for stuck transactions)
- After completing these fields, an automatic message/e-mail/whatever will be sent to Real Solid, so it can fix the stuck transaction (which is caused by
- third party code, NOT written by Real Solid. For example: bitcoin, litecoin etc).
- 3) there will be NO support for users who lost password, lost username etc until v2.5 gets ready, when the support will be paid in case it's user's fault.
- The only relevant support is for stuck transaction. For the rest I don't see any problem with mcxNow.
