FE9 Relay Soyo Rules

RULES:

Drafting:
1. This draft is for 3 teams.
2. The game will be played on Normal Mode.
3. Ike, Nasir, Ena, and one of Tibarn, Naesala or Giffca are free for all to use.
4. Shinon and Gatrie are free to use until they leave. Titania is also free for Chapter 7 only.
5. The Draft order will be randomized, and at the end each team will be using the of the previous team (1->2, 2->3, 3->1)
6. Drafting will stop once each player has 7 units

Rules:
1. Deployment of an undrafted unit results in a 15-minute penalty, which is applied once the chapter is completed.
You may reset the chapter and undeploy the units to avoid a penalty.

2. Undrafted units may meatshield (see combat without counterattacking),
recruit characters, Rescue and Shove/Smite undrafted characters and NPCs,
trade, Escape, visit houses/villages, and dig up items in the desert.

3. Undrafted units may not do anything not listed above,
including but not limited to Rescue/Shove/Smite drafted characters,
building Supports, opening Doors and Chests, and Arriving.

4. Partner and Other units may do as they please without penalty.

Penalties/Breaks:
1. Undrafted units have a 15 minute penalty, per unit per chapter (Chapter 17 counts as 4 chapters).

2. You can reset a chapter to avoid a penalty.

3. Every team is entitled 30 minutes of break time ("forced penalty"). If you don't take this penalty during the run it will be added to your final time. This is to incentivize players to take a break when they want to.

Exceptions:
1. Reyson and Janaff/Ulki may be used to obtain the Knight Ring if undrafted.
They may not perform any other disallowed actions without penalty.

Relay Rules:
1. Each team is free to split up the chapters among their players however they wish. There is no need for a player to play only a single continuous segment.
2. The 30 minutes of forced penalty may be used to pass around the savefile.
