Stepping inside this small, relatively plain bedroom, one might believe it belongs to a youth. Ikon collections have been displayed on thin wall-set shelves, and pretty stones, bug shells and picked flowers decorate various surfaces. A small wooden wind chime has been hung from a hook beside one open window, clunking softly while creating simple melodies. The fragrance of the garden wafts into this room, smelling of rich wet dirt and flowers. On the sill of the other window sits a small terrarium filled with moss and rotting wood, and a tiny death watch beetle ticks happily inside. A wooden board has been hung by the door, pinned with important news bulletins and a few lavender letters. Painting its surroundings with gentle sprays of color, a stained glass lantern glows here. Hanging from fine silver, this large snowflake lantern has light blue gems dangling beneath it, causing a gentle sway. A giant cookie-shaped chair sits here, appearing fresh baked and ready to eat. A four poster bed stands here, invitingly strewn with cushions and blankets. Invitingly deep and made of warmly coloured wood, a rocker is here. Pulled open to let the light shine in, a pair of forestal drapes is here. A large ravenwood chest rests on its side in the corner of the room, its lid swung open like a cabinet door to reveal many compartments and their contents inside. A painting of Gurashi and the Faeling Princess is proudly exhibited on a nearby wall. In the shape of an open palm, a metallic sigil lies here.
You see a single exit leading northeast (open door).

You nod your head emphatically.

LOOK ME
He is an ordinary human wyrden demigod. He stands a few inches short of six feet tall with a slim build. His arms and legs are lanky, square hands nervously balled into fists at his side. His sandy skin has been reddened from exposure to the sun, causing an array of tawny-colored freckles to appear upon his long cheeks and thin, upturned nose. Perhaps the most noteworthy thing about him is his straight mop of fiery red hair, complete with a few strands at his part that to obey the natural laws of gravity. A pair of kind gray eyes gaze out from below red bangs, their hue striking against all the surrounding warm hues. Tattooed on his hands is an illustration of a bumblebee constellation.
He is wearing:

You let loose a long breath from your lungs, exhaling slowly.

The lingering notes of harmonic purity swell to impossible heights as you step confidently through the song of reality itself.

In the park playground.
Pale, watery light floats away from a shield shrine of Carakhan nearby. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. Thick dreamy cotton clouds are spread across the firmament. Here in the north end of the grassy expanse, a section of New Celest is dedicated to the young, and the young at heart. Wood and metal structures are solidly screwed together, to encourage physical activity, fun, and games. One of the more exotic creations is the two-headed dragon. After climbing a ladder, people can hop down the maw of the dragon, spiraling down its tubular body and popping out at the bottom, which is also shaped in the image of a dragon's head. Surrounded by an aura of clarity and calm, a sculpture of the Loving Radiance stands here, captured in blissful repose. A water elemental churns here, crystal blue waters enveloped in a gentle mist. Reyqae flaps her wings quickly, hovering in the air here. She wields a simple lotus-etched tahto with both hands.
You see exits leading north, southeast, and southwest.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "Let's wait for Gurashi then."

You have emoted: Gurashi throws up his arms as he clumsily staggers in. "Ta-da!"

Bright with enthusiasm, you exclaim, "It's me!"

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says to Reyqae, "Now you can look at him."

Reyqae congratulates you with some wild clapping.

Reyqae tilts her head curiously at you.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters whispers to Reyqae, "He's short."

Bright with enthusiasm, you exclaim, "Hey!"

Reyqae edges carefully backwards, staring.

Bright with enthusiasm, you ask Reyqae, "Ah ... uh - M-Miss Reyqae...?"

Looking slightly worried at the situation, Reyqae quickly hides behind Tridemon.

You have emoted: Gurashi raises his arms nervously, as if to show he is without threat.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says to Reyqae, "What's wrong?"

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life very sadly says, "What happened to you?!"

Bright with enthusiasm, you exclaim to Reyqae, "I-it's an illusion! It's me! Am Gurashi!"

You boggle at Tridemon.

Tridemon scratches his head in confusion.

You have emoted: Gurashi throws up his arms. "Was going to slide on the slide! Think can fit like this..."

Looking down in amazement, you say, "Wow."

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life looks skeptical and says, "An illusion...?"

Brushed by a passing wing, you turn to watch Reyqae circle slowly around you, making note of your every detail.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "It's a hat."

You have emoted: Gurashi suddenly wiggles his bare toes. "Grass feels -weird- like this."

Reyqae casts her eyes down to the ground, appearing utterly miserable.

Reyqae reaches out and touches you.

You look about in confusion.

Reyqae gives a horrified gasp.

Weakly, you ask Reyqae, "Is no good?"

"Oooooooooh!" Reyqae says, eyes wide with wonder.

Throwing his hands in the air, Tridemon tosses his head back and laughs sadistically.

Reyqae claps her hands together merrily.

You have emoted: Gurashi suddenly grabs Tridemon's right arm and begins to pull with all his might. "Sllliiiide," He insists.

Still tugging, you say to Tridemon, "No!"

Tridemon looks at you with a deadpan expression.

With several beats of her wings, Reyqae alights upon a blessed sculpture of the Loving Radiance's shoulder.

Reyqae grins, swinging her feet merrily back and forth and watching.

You have emoted: Gurashi's eyes widen hopefully as he hangs off of Tridemon's arm with nearly his full, albeit scant human weight. "It was YOUR IDeA!"

You are suddenly overcome with the sensation that your hair has turned bright pink. The sensation fades quickly, though.

Bright with enthusiasm, you say, "Ah!"

You have emoted: Gurashi suddenly lets go of Tridemon's arm and hits the ground with a dull thud, blinking.

Bright with enthusiasm, you say, "....-ow-."

Your eyes bug out as you boggle in amazement.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "Illusions are more than tricks of light. They are sound, touch, sensations of the mind."

Bright with enthusiasm, you exclaim to Tridemon, "You made me think that hair was pink!"

Reyqae gives you the once-over, eyeing you suspiciously.

You have emoted: Gurashi pulls at his bangs, eyes crossing as he examines it.

You blink.

Tridemon stares at the slide a bit, seemingly unsure about the whole situation.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "It's definitely red!"

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "... never really did anything much physical like this playground as a child."

You have emoted: Gurashi pushes himself back up onto his feet with a little huff, stumbling, then staggering towards the slide. "O-K," He says excitedly, examining it as he approaches.

Reyqae smiles softly.

You have emoted: Gurashi scrambles up the ladder with surprising ease, disappearing into the gaudy dragon's head at the top.

"Oh?" Reyqae exclaims quizzically.

Voice echoing inside the top, you say, "Is kind of tight but -totally- fit."

Tridemon flexes the fingers of his left hand briefly. "I was always just a little too fragile for it. It's better now, but I don't really even know where to start."

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "He's-- oh."

Voice still echoing oddly, you say, "Listen, it might be tight fit with your -head-."

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says to Tridemon, "Your turn."

Reyqae hides a grin behind her hand.

Reyqae bites down hard on her lip, trying desperately to keep a straight face.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says to Reyqae, "Let him get out, first."

You have emoted: Gurashi (There is the sound of bumping and thudding, then a sound of skin sliding, scraping, against metal, followed by a high-pitched "EeeeEEeek--!"

Tridemon ponders the situation.

You have emoted: Gurashi finally appears at the bottom of the slide, hands and feet pressed against the sides to slow himself down to an impossibly slow pace.

Frozen in his spider-like pose, you say, "....got scared to go too fast."

Beads of sweat break out on your face.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says to Reyqae, "Do you suppose that the slide is very hot this time of year?"

Reyqae starts laughing so hard, she tumbles right off the shoulder of a blessed sculpture of the Loving Radiance and lands on the ground with a -bump.-.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life laughingly says, "Owwwwww."

Reyqae stands up and twists around, inspecting her wings for possible damage.

Reyqae snickers softly to herself.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says to Reyqae, "Bet you can't fly into the top of the slide and down to the bottom without touching the walls."

You have emoted: Gurashi peels his hands and feet from the sides of the slide, hearing Reyqae's little yelp of pain and poking his head out. "Are O-K?" He asks nervously.

Bright with enthusiasm, you exclaim to Tridemon, "Ah - I fit!"

Reyqae snorts with obvious amusement.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says to Tridemon, "Give me a harder one!"

Midnight shadows coalesce around a new day, and Mother Night embraces the land in utter darkness.

You have emoted: Gurashi considers the rest of the playground thoughtfully, eyes lighting up as he spots a nearby set of swings. He turns to Tridemon, tugging the lucidian's sleeve.

You narrow your eyes at Reyqae, canting your head and peering at her suspiciously.

Bright with enthusiasm, you say to Reyqae, "But it is dark in there!"

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "You don't get the full slide experience unless you let go!"

Bright with enthusiasm, you say to Reyqae, "And it is scary!"

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "Trust me, I'm an expert."

Reyqae puts her hands on her hips and goes "Hmmm!"

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "Try glowing."

Reyqae urges you onwards.

Tridemon reaches up to the hair-like spikes jutting from the top and back of his head. "I think I'd end up braking regardless."

You blink.

You shake your head.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "Vibrate your wings until the light glows."

Reyqae nods her head at you.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "You'll have light then!"

Bright with enthusiasm, you say to Reyqae, "Ah - they don't work like that! I don't light up! And wings don't do what want them to."

You have emoted: Gurashi looks at his back, the wings replaced with nothing but the linen of his shirt.

You tug urgently on Tridemon's sleeve.

Reyqae blinks.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "Okay, I can help."

Reyqae laces her fingers together, making a basket.

You blink a few times and stare at Reyqae in confusion.

Tridemon steps over toward the swings, rather gingerly settling himself down on one of them, still seeming fairly uncertain about what he's doing.

Reyqae blinks incredulously at herself.

You have emoted: Gurashi gasps happy, scrambling up to the swings as Tridemon sits down.

Bright with enthusiasm, you say, "O-K O-K O-k."

Bright with enthusiasm, you say, "Know how to do this."

Reyqae blinks.

Bouncing up and down as he stands behind the lucidian, you say to Tridemon, "Grab the ropes and hold on super tight O-K."

Reyqae wilts a bit, but wanders on over to the swing anyway.

Bright with enthusiasm, you say to Reyqae, "Promise we will try the slide again and will go down even though is scary."

Bright with enthusiasm, you say to Reyqae, "But right now Tridemon needs to play on something -too-."

With a flourish of your hand, you gesture at the empty air.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "We should small him."

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "We could roll him into a ball and roll him down that way!"

Reyqae looks at you hopefully.

Tridemon shrugs a bit, and grips the ropes holding the swing- not nearly as tightly as you suggested, though, because he's worried about breaking them.

Reyqae's mouth turns up as her face breaks into a smile.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "... The slide's interior is metal, yes?"

Reyqae shrugs helplessly.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life laughingly says, "I haven't been in it yet!"

You have emoted: Gurashi nods, taking the ropes beneath Tridemon's hands and beginning to pull backwards with all his might. Once he's got the lucidian pulled back a few feet, he lets go, giggling with excitement.

Throwing up his hands as he lets go, you say, "Gravity!"

Reyqae flaps her wings quickly and begins to hover in the air.

Tridemon blinks as he's pulled back... and then as he's pushed forward. He seems more nonplussed than anything, though after a few seconds there's the ghost of a smile on his face.

A flurry of blackthorn petals arrives from the southwest, thorny vines sprouting within the floral cloud and twining together to form the body of Esei.

Gentle pink bubbles descend upon the wind, dancing about a blessed sculpture of the Loving Radiance. Almost looking as if it were itself singing, a gentle voice begins to sing of love, joy and hope.

Esei blinks.

Esei tilts their head curiously at a blessed sculpture of the Loving Radiance.

You have emoted: Gurashi bursts into giggles, waiting for the lucidian to swing back before carefully pushing against his back, fingers splayed. "Higher!" He cheers encouragingly.

Bright with enthusiasm, you exclaim to Reyqae, "There is another swing! Will push you too!"

Reyqae watches with both hands clasped over her mouth as though determined not to let any squeaks escape, her eyes bright with amusement.

Bright with enthusiasm, you say to Esei, "There are only two swings so you will have to wait turn but promise to push you too."

Esei blinks slowly.

Tridemon continues to swing, pushing himself higher... though he might be cheating slightly, seeing as the winds seem slightly stronger around him than they really should be.

Amused, Master Esei of the Ascending Dusk says to you, "If you're sure."

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life smiles impishly and says, "Push the Admiral some more, he's REALLY having fun!"

Esei ponders the situation.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life smiles impishly and says, "Swings are kind of pointless for me, I'll just end up flying off anyway."

You have emoted: Gurashi nods, grinning stupidly and pushing Tridemon as he swings back again. "Ah!
No wonder you wanted to slide," He glances at Esei - "Maybe Esei would slide with you!"

You stare at Esei, eyes wide.

Reyqae puts her hands on her hips with a mock stern glare.

From the swings, you say to Esei, "It's fun! It's fun!"

Tridemon lets go at the height of his next swing, pushing himself out of the seat in a rather impressive arc, landing with a thump of dust and flattened grass a good thirty feet away. He seems to be fine, though, with levitation having caught most of the force of his landing.

Master Esei of the Ascending Dusk says, "Sit on... what?"

Esei flails about helplessly.

You have recognised Reyqae for: For always being the most delightful of peaches and being up for anything and being so sweet all the time!

Your eyes bug out as you boggle in amazement.

Hands on either side of his head, you say, "YOU LET -GO-."

Esei sits gingerly on the swing, peering around at everyone. "...sit here?"

You have emoted: Gurashi watches Tridemon land, then bursts into laughter, grabbing the rope of the swing and hanging off it it.

Reyqae grins and nods at Esei.

You hands fly to your mouth as you give a short gasp of elation.

Leaning to the side, you say, "It's true."

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "He flung Admiral a good 30 yards, I bet you could go further!"

Reyqae bounces up and down.

You stare at Reyqae, eyes wide.

Reyqae urges Esei onwards.

Master Esei of the Ascending Dusk whispers, "...oh no."

Tridemon brushes some stray dust free of his robes as he looks over at Gurashi, coming back toward the group.

Perking up, you ask Tridemon, "Ah! Did you have fun?"

Bright with enthusiasm, you say to Esei, "Do NOT let GO of the ROPE!"

Master Esei of the Ascending Dusk asks, "Okay??"

Reyqae collapses to the ground in a fit of giggles, shaking with unrestrained mirth.

You look at Tridemon hopefully.

Esei clings to the rope, eyes tense.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says to you, "Is the inside of the slide metal? It's kind of important to know."

Bright with enthusiasm, you say to Tridemon, "It -is-."

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "Ah. Not a good idea for me to go in, then."

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life looks surprised and says, "Really? I thought it was wood."

You have emoted: Gurashi looks down at Esei, then digs his bare heels into the ground and begins to pull back, heaving with the slightest of efforts. HE releases a few feet high, just as he had for Tridemon before, watching the elfen swing forward in a slow arc.

Bright with enthusiasm, you exclaim to Esei, "Guh-ra-vi-ty!"

Giggling again, you exclaim to Esei, "Don't let go!"

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "The outside is wood- for the inside of the slide... one word. SPLINTERS."

Esei squeezes their eyes shut.

Bright with enthusiasm, you ask Tridemon, "Eh - ah? Splinters?"

Esei blinks.

You have emoted: Gurashi watches Esei arc forward, then catches them as they loop back, giving another firm push, careful not to shove too hard.

From his standing spot, you say to Esei, "Whee!"

"Tsk, tsk," Reyqae says to Tridemon as she waggles a finger at him.

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "If it were wood inside... there would have to be a lot more work to be done to make sure that there wouldn't be any untoward splinters lodging themselves in people. Particularly along the bits that a slide comes into contact with the most."

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "You have to... rub it with sand and then paint it with... uh."

Esei relaxes slightly, but keeps their eyes closed, hair coming loose from the bun it usually resides in.

Reyqae looks up into the air for divine inspiration.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life says, "Glossy stuff!"

Tridemon Regalis, Keeper of Pure Waters says, "Varnish?"

Esei's eyes raise to the heavens as a look of hope flashes across their face.

Tridemon ponders the situation.

Archon Reyqae Indara, Defender of Life frowns and says, "I haven't learned how to go invisible."

You have emoted: Gurashi beams, continuing to push Esei as they return to him on the swing. "Are having fun?" He asks hopefully.

Esei caresses a wiccan broom gently.

The shadowy outline of a twisted forest casts a dark gloom here. Eleven steps, all different dimensions and carved from dark ravenwood lead to a comfortable little living area. Dark floors contrast the gentle green shade painted on the walls, and bright, flickering wall sconces. A curved ceiling looks as if it has been scooped directly out of a tree, and thick support joists criss-cross the expanse. Delicate muslin curtains cover either window and barely touch the floor. On both window sills sit half a dozen tiny planters with newly sprouting flowers and herbs inside. Three plain oak doors typically stand closed, but whiffs of lavender and petrichor can be detected when they open, briefly displacing the delicious smells of the kitchen below. The diminutive size, low lighting, and soothing colors of this room invoke a sense of ease and respite. A tapestry depicting the creation of the lyrebird is proudly hanging here. A lush beige carpet is spread out on the ground. There are 2 elegantly carved ravenwood armchairs here. A beautiful couch here glitters with autumn gemstone leaves. A small dark brown tea table stands here. A painting of Gurashi and the Racist Dartboard is proudly exhibited on a nearby wall. Constructed of sturdy cardboard, an ornately decorated box rests on the ground here. A luminescent butterfly flutters about here, emanating a soft glow. Surrounded by a faint, emerald halo, an ethereal cat romps playfully about the area.

You reach out, wrapping all four arms around Ilistala, an enormous leopard as you pull her into a tight hug.
