Dear FOIA Officer:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act for records from May 1, 2014 to Present day.

I seek all records concerning Peter Kadzik, as his capacity as the Assistant Attorney General, Office of Legislative Afffairs. It is known, and previously acknowledged by the FBI that Peter Kadzik has regular interactions with the FBI - thus the FBI should have records pertaining to Peter Kadzik.

Please search the FBI’s indices to the Central Records System for the information responsive to this request related to:

1.) Peter Kadzik's interactions with the FBI. Peter Kadzik uses at least his personal email account pkadzik@gmail.com and his Department Of Justice email account to communicate with FBI staff. Also note, Peter Kadzik may go by the alias "PJ Kadzik".

2.) Any emails or electronic communications within the FBI's records that contain the text "kadzik" and also contains the text "podesta". (Not case sensitive).

3.) Any emails or electronic communications within the FBI's records that contain the text "kadzik" and "clinton".

4.) A list of all FBI investigations Peter Kadzik was involved in.

5.) Any FBI investigations or files profiling Peter Kadzik.

6.) Any emails or electronic communications within the FBI's records that contain the text "kadzik" and "abedin".

To assist in the email and electronic communication searches you may utilize the email indices of:

A reasonable search should be conducted and identifying information discovered in one search should be used to facilitate further searches. For example, searching for Peter Kadzik's interactions with the FBI will likely reveal his Department of Justice email address which then can be used to facilitate subsequent searches.

Should there be any ambiguity in this request please defer to the timely release of any records. In fact, at your discretion I would request that records found should be immediately processed and released 1 page at a time. Rather than waiting for a full search to be completed.

I am willing to pay up to $250 for the processing of this request. Please inform me if the estimated fees will exceed this limit before processing my request. Notwithstanding the above, please release the first $250 worth of documents as soon as possible, if there are additional documents please contact me for further payment. I am seeking information for personal use and not for commercial use. Thank you for your consideration.
