First Round Defence:

Hero Select: On Defence, going Thor with a Venom as your other tank really isn't ideal. When you have an off tank like Thor or Venom, having a real main tank like Emma, Mag, Strange or Groot can let your off tank play properly.

3:00 Since you are both on off-tanks, you should be using the 2 pillars at the chokepoint as cover much more. Get out of sight of your enemy and stand still until your healers top you off. This is especially true when the enemy has Storm, that 10% damage boost really hurts when everyone is shooting at you.

05:15 Use your Emma ult here, you have the entire team in your FOV, Thing is low, Emma ult will prevent them from using ults because of it's silence property.

05:30 The moment you hear an enemy ult, dive for cover. This time it was Invisible Woman, which made your supports unable to see you to heal you. Along with Blade antihealing you it was GGs.

Second Round Attack

14:14 Wasted your ult here, since you heard your Jeff ulting before you pressed ult. Then should have stayed in Jeff's healing puddle while he went to made a deposit. It was a 3v6 which turned into a 3v5 since you died first

15:15 By now you should have picked up on the fact that your Iron fist is diving their backline continuously. What you need to do is pressure them hard enough so that Iron fist gets value in the back. Do this on Thor by Awakening and shooting healers in the back to make them waste cooldowns before the Iron fist dives, or surge their tanks out of the sight of their healers so they have to reposition/use cooldowns to save the tanks, which will make your Iron Fist's job easier.

16:00 General tip here, do not waste ults when the point has just been seized. You have the closer spawn and dying here is far less punishing. Save them for next fight.
