The Ork are a warlike race of Orkoid tribes, whose Orks have long been called their own race of "Crocoids", despite their lack of body mass. Their leader Garak is a warlord of Orkoid nature who, after his defeat, turns against his former "son", but the Ork's secret is brought out against him and the rest of the tribe. The Orks are also renowned for their aggressive nature and war machine; Ork warriors and their allies are seen throwing rocks through walls and smashing the heads of their opponents with a weapon known as a "tomb hammer" in order to win their warriors to their side.

Cyborg Lord Garak, a human being in disguise, is given command of the Cybermen after the death of Ork leader Garak. He and the other Cybermen follow the plans of a group of Ork bounty hunters led by Ork General Zolter. The group takes part in the Ork Invasion of Earth which involves the use of advanced cybernetic technology to enhance the bodies of their enemy's warriors, to the point that the humanoids can even survive long enough to kill them
