As a moderator, here are the following perms you have:

- Access to msay. It allows you to speak with other staff members.
- Access to dsay. Self-explanatory, you see the deadchat and can even speak in it.
- Access to in game logs about a lot of things. This include LOOC, dchat, admin actions(like kick, ban, note, warn) and some things to prevent grief. Imagine Urist McUrist open a phoron tank you'll have a message stating it. Same for a fuel tank or a valve of any kind.
- Access the variables of the objects on the server. While you cannot edit them, you can view attack logs on a player, who touched what the last, etc.
- The ability to adminghost, basically will consider you as if you ghosted from the lobby or died. You can aghost again to re-enter your body.
- The ability to Wind people. It freeze them and keep them from interacting with the game.
- The possibility to AdminPM someone, and check all the tickets that have been made on the server.
- The ability to kick, note, warn, ban. More in-depth about this:
Kick = Just boot someone off the server. You can set a custom message. It's not really used often, but still useful to get someone's attention.
Note = It's basically our notepad about players. It's useful for the other staff that will interact with the player, to know their behaviour and if something already happened before.
Warning = Depending the severity of something, it can be directly a warning. This one is visible to the player, and they need to acknowledge it to play on the server again.
Ban = Same thing as kick expect on a larger scale, or even permanently. A ban is often an escalation of warnings.
Every action taken by a staff member is visible on the player's ckey. Only kicks are not shown.

I explain to them the problem of their actions contrasted with their history and explain why as a head of staff they should understand this isn't conducive to roleplay. I'd probably give them a week's ban for this, especially with a severe warning before and possible raise the point that their head whitelist needs checking.

Logs show that Andrew punched Bob, and then Bob started punching Andrew back. A fight broke out, and Bob started stabbing Andrew with a butterfly knife, fifteen times, until Andrew died.

If roleplay reasons permit and there is sufficient escalation for someone to want to do something like that, then have at it
This definitely shouldn't be something common, only in extreme circumstances
I'm talking like if someone destroyed your life and you have nothing left, for whatever reason, I could imagine it getting heated, confrontational and then in hot blood someone batters the other person to death
It's hard to come up with specifics on the spot though

Over the last year or two i've really been able to look at myself and ask who I want to be and where I want to go.
I feel like now I work well with stress and pressure.

In terms of my way of dealing with stress, I power through and go for a run or some kind of workout when the situation calms down and I am able.
If I feel myself getting overwhelmed, I take a step back and let people know I just need a minute
A minute is normally what I need to get back into things

I work pretty well in a team, happy to take the reins or sit back and listen depending on circumstances. If I have a disagreement with a peer I attempt to talk to them calmly and work out who is 'right'.
I can take criticism and am happy to back down when I am wrong, or even back down to keep the situation calm - even if I think I am right.
If there is a true gridlock then I would open the problem to our peers if the other is happy to and let them chip in

Right, so beforehand I was suffering with my mental health. I would be around when things were good, watch my mental health crash again - get snippy with people then leave. I nipped this in the bud last winter and have been allowed to come off all my medications - which I am clearly really positive about! I won't really have a reason to leave again for the foreseeable future. I of course will notify people if I need to go for any sort of extended period.

But yeah, in terms of health? Couldn't be better and I don't imagine my duties being impacted one bit.
