Hold breath longer

Pinning Randel to the roof, Larten found the vampaneze’s throat and
squeezed. His fingers tightened and Randel’s face turned an even darker
shade of purple. A vampaneze could hold his breath far longer than a
human, but Randel had been panting from the fight and hadn’t much
oxygen left in his lungs. He had to break his enemy’s hold quickly or he
was lost.
