Do Doc Mitchell (Pick up stimpaks)
Do Regular Any% route towards Black Mtn
Climb up and clip through fence and kill sniper in tower and loot Annabelle[1].
Escape combat and FT to Blk Mtn.
Head straight north to REPCONN HQ.
Clip through the toilet stalls and grab Q-35 Matter Modulator[2], lots of ammo and first aid kit for potential stims. Clip out in corner behind safe.
Exit and head WNW towards Nephi, kill him and eventual obstacles and loot Nephi's Golf Driver[3] Also loot some Buffout and Psycho.
Head North to Sarsparilla HQ, enter through back entrance (Pick up a 'Meeting People' on the bench near the entrance).
Clip into the "Vault", loot holotape and Pew Pew[4].
Level up, clip out and head north to The Thorn.
Start Bleed Me Dry and exit to the sewers.
Go to the Central Sewers and loot the "Luke's Find" key. Clip out in the doorway behind the dead body you looted. Look N whilst OoB and enter the locked door nearby.
Loot The Humble Cudgel[5] and exit the sewers through the McCarran exit.
FT to Thorn and head West to Vault 22. Kill Mantis outside entrance.
Enter V22 and loot the magazine next to the bed (sleep too for safety).
Take the stairs to "Food Production" level, clip OoB, clip inside the cave bit and loot the eggs.
Escape to B5 and clip OoB. Unlock the V. Easy door and loot the AER14 Prototype[6].
Clip out and work your way up the stairs to the exit (May want to sleep if you can).
FT to Thorn and progress Bleed Me Dry. Exit and head east until you can go north.
Enter the Wins' Hideout and talk to the girl until you can do the speech check and then talk to the guy to get the safe code. Loot Vance's 9mm SMG[7] and leave.
Walk NW towards the mercenary camp and kill the hostiles, loot YCS/186[8] and head West-ish (aim towards the road).
Enter Ruby Hill Mine and loot Pushy[9], then exit.
FT to McCarran and run all the way back through the Concourse to the Supply Shack.
Read the Programmer's Digest and hack the terminal upstairs. Download the manifest and run to Boyd to turn in the unmarked quest for This Machine[10] (You can clip out behind trashcans just outside supply shack).
Take the tram to the strip, do regular Any% strategies (Maria[11]) up to after talking to Yes Man, where you want to loot a Locksmith's Reader in the workshop.
Enter Lucky 38 and loot the Golden Gloves[12], kill Mr. House and leave L38.
Head out to Freeside and enter The Kings place.
Kill Sergio and loot Figaro[13] and exit (Kings won't become hostile).
Enter the Van Graffs and QSQL through the dialogue until the guy runs out. Then talk to Gloria and look for work.
Exit and talk to Simon[14], take your position and wait for him to give you stuff. Shoot Simon to fail the quest and run away.
Drop the combat armor and continue outside of Freeside and go towards Nellis.
Enter Field's Shack and loot the Abilene Kid LE BB Gun[15] and continue through the howitzer gauntlet.
Talk with Pearl and loot Col. Blackwell's Key from the filing cabinets.
Accept the quest "Ant Misbehavin'" from Raquel and enter Nellis Array (south door).
Jump down to bottom level and loot Thump-Thump[16], clip out and exit.
FT to Hidden Valley and "get to know" the BoS.
FT to Goodsprings and go south to discover Primm (pick up shovel on the way), then FT back to Goodsprings. Go east and grab the eggs, then turn around and get Chance's Knife[17] from his grave and make your way to Bonnie Springs for Love and Hate[18] on the Viper Leader (they can wreck you, watch out).
Head into Red Rock Canyon for the main quest and then FT to Thorn for Bleed Me Dry progression.
FT to Strip and progress main quest, install Yes Man etc etc.
FT to Black Mountain and go to El Dorado Substation for the override chip, and then head east for the Mysterious Magnum[19] (Kill the Lonesome Drifter).
FT back to El Dorado and head south into Black Rock Cave and loot Paladin Toaster[20].
Make your way SE to Gibson's Shack and kill Old Lady Gibson for her Big Boomer[21], head into Novac and get That Gun[22] from the gift shop (Just kill the owner and loot the key).
Go East into Nelson and kill Dead Sea for his Liberator[23] and then leave and head into Bootjack Cavern for Fire Gecko Eggs.
Head SW into Broc Flower Cave (There's a bed at the prospector's camp halfway there) and loot Ratslayer[24] then leave.
Head further SW towards Wolfhorn Ranch and loot Chopper[25].
FT to Thorn and progress Bleed Me Dry.
FT to Primm and get Lucky[26].
FT to Freeside North Gate and run around to the East Gate to get Euclid's C-Finder[27] from the kid (Either buy with 1000 caps or pickpocket if he's asleep).
Head SE from East Gate towards Vault 34.
Enter Vault 34 and get to the Armory.
Clip through the locked door of the armory and loot the All-American[28] and the Pulse Gun[29].
Escape vault 34 (coc warp in armory may not work due to how V34 is built) and continue East-ish towards Bloodborne cave for Nightstalker eggs.
After Bloodborne Cave continue East and get the CZ57 Avenger[30] from The Devil's Throat.
FT back to Thorn and progress Bleed Me Dry.
FT to Ruby Hill Mine and continue south to the Cazador Eggs.
After getting the eggs head North past Jacobstown (no need to enter) and into Charleston Cave.
Get Oh, Baby![31] and exit the cave.
FT back to Thorn and progress Bleed Me Dry.
FT to Wolfhorn Ranch and head east into Camp Searchlight through Raided Farmstead.
Enter the NCR storage basement in the western church and kill Logan, then loot the fire dept. key.
Enter the fire dept. and loot Knock-Knock[32], then exit and run East-ish towards Sniper's Nest.
Read the Locksmith's Reader and pick the Very Hard Gun Case for the Gobi Campaign Scout Rifle[33].
Go into Cottonwood Cove and enter the main office. Loot the desk for Recompense of the Fallen[34], exit and escape enemies for FT.
FT to Raided Farmstead and head straight South towards Crashed Vertibird to pick up Tesla-Beaton Prototype[35].
FT to Wolfhorn Ranch and run North towards Dead Wind Cavern (clench your ass here we go). Enter and grab the deathclaw eggs, then grab Mercy[36] and then escape.
FT to Thorn and complete Bleed Me Dry for Dinner Bell[37].
FT to McCarran and kill Little Buster for Cram Opener[38] and kill Corporal Sterling for La Longue Carabine[39].
Escape McCarran and FT to Strip North Gate. Progress main quest and go to the dam.
Enter Legate's camp and kill the Legate for Blade of the East[40]. Using Mercy with Psycho is a good strat. Read the SPC skillbook too so you can talk Legate into 1v1 you.
Finish the game.
