Background: Yujin's past were actually more screwed up and complicated than it would seem. She was born in Anyang, South Korea with two full Korean parents who were working as office workers. However, the odd thing was that she has Caucasian features despite being a Korean girl who were from two full Asian parents. At first, her father would just let it off as he was still oblivious regarding the truth but soon after he started to suspect her wife even more, causing him to act coldly towards his daughter Yujin as well.

The truth were eventually leaked several years later when she was on the 5 grade of school, one day after she went back from her school, she overheard the conversation between her parents. They were arguing, telling that Yujin wasn't the child of her father's, which was actually true. Yujin was a daughter of her mother and French guy who was her mother ex-boyfriend, right before her father. Enraged, her father told her mother to be out from the house, telling her not to dare to lay a finger on him and Yujin ever again. Ever since that day, she was being cared under her father's. Her father couldn't help himself but always reminded of what her mother did whenever he saw Yujin, causing him to be harsh to her from which he never meant to.

She lived the rest of her life without having a love from her family, not her mother and especially not her father, whom she wasn't even
related by blood. When she started high school days, she met a girl called *her rival*. They were really close that time, and both of them even knew about each other's secret about *her rival*'s boyfriend which was actually wasn't a nice guy and about Yujin's backstory about being Ilegitimate daughter. They unerstood each-other, they cherished each-other because both were problematic, at least for that one time, she felt loved.... even for once... and that was, by the person who becomes the person she hates the most in the future.
One day, *her rival*'s boyfriend asked to sleep with her, which she definitely reject because of she never wanted to do that unless she gets into marriage. Getting mad, he almost forced himself on her but Yujin quickly saved her by quickly pulling her and run. *her rival* told Yujin not to tell anybody about this, in which Yujin agreed to as she hugged her for comfort.

"Don't worry, I'll always be here for you..." Yujin would never knew, that words came from her mouth, was actually the one she felt sorry to be spoken out to.

Things went normally as usual, the two were just being besties as usual. Well, not so until a guy suddenly received a phone mail containing the picture of the thing happened several days ago. *her rival* accused Yujin for this, eventhough the latter never did anything to it and they distanced themself ever since. as a revenge *her rival* spread out rumors about Yujin being ilegitimate daughter of her mother and a French guy, and caused her reputation to be this way.
