- Please download this reg file from my Dropbox:

- (remove the .txt extension after you downloaded the file) and make a double click on the .reg file to import it.
- When the Internet Explorer crashes, Windows Error Reporting Service [1] creates a dmp file under C:\Localdumps. Please upload the file to OneDrive, Dropbox, share it and post the share link here. I take a look at the dump with the Debugger, maybe I can see the cause.
- After you go the dumps, run this file:
- https://www.dropbox.com/s/osfpy85m01ozodt/WER_iexplore_full_uninstall.reg
- to remove the dump creation.
