- Description: Jane was working the third shift at a Circle K store in Sanford,NC, when Miller, who had entered the store multiple times earlier and kept asking her age, cornered her behind the counter and kept asking for her age. When Jane called the police, Miller snatched the phone, before beating her on the floor and attempting to r*pe her, before police arrived in time to stop him.
