  1. Speaking as someone who has a father in the pharmaceutical business, this is really not true. There is a lot of misinformation and people want to believe that there is a conspiracy behind their loved one's death. I understand that pain, but it is wrong to think that the men and women in laboratories (both for profit and not for profit) are trying to make it more difficult to treat or cure cancers. Furthermore, it is misleading to say, "a cure for cancer," because all cancers are different and boy are there a lot of them. If you have any questions about the industry or about anything that I said, don't hesitate to ask. I think you are a level-headed and rational person, so remember to remain as such in everything.
