Reflect Leveling - quick guide

So the basic idea is that you want to get yourself some logograms and create several Reflect L logos actions which will allow you to quickly kill mobs which are much higher level than you and for that you receive a lot of xp

for that you would need to buy some Fundamentals (extremely cheap) for protect, Curatives (could be somewhat expensive so better look on other servers) for wisdom of ordained and Mitigative for shell (mid-priced but still better to check other servers)
once you have those logograms appraise them and craft yourself 2 reflects

what you want to do is that you want to activate reflect logo, and then activate reflect itself, run into sprites and refresh 3-4s before it expires. SPrites will agro on casting but becaue they do magic damage all the damage you receive will be reflected back to them.
To increase the damage you receive, you usually want to take all the equipment off before doing that.
It is CRUCIAL that you activate reflect before and away from sprites because they will agro on animation  but it will take 2 seconds for it to activate.
After you get to level 40 (but preferably 41), youll be able to start getting xp from the White flames up north near Quarry aetherite. https://i.imgur.com/n65B2Sv.png
you just repeat the process there untill you reach level 48
preferably to ask someone beforehand to stay there and res you when you fail.

before 40, you would usually want thunder, but you can still try to get other pre-lvl41-42 sprites, but it will be harder because they would spread through other mobs
