- Hi, There is no foggy bits in the video, I have just checked this. Please look at the proof of photos if you need more evidence there is no camera. Also I noticed the box says 903 as the model number instead of 903HS, doing a quick google search, it tells me 903 is the old model which has no camera. This is full evidence you have sent the wrong item. As this item is only $30AU I have no idea why this process is so difficult. 0/10 customer service. I have provided all the proof I could as a customer, any additional proof should be done by you. If you need a certificate of weight so badly, talk to the postal service you sent the item through, I'm sure they will be able to provide the correct weight and prove the item is in fact wrong.

- I am not going to do that, I have provided enough proof. You have clearly sent the wrong item.
- First I provided pictures, then you say it is not enough and want an unboxing video. I provided that too. I feel like you are just trying to avoid admitting your fault in sending the wrong item
- Please replace or I will make the video live and escalate this further with Paypal resolution center.
