  1. Tjorn Winterseed was born and raised in the small town of Seyda Neen, his family was originally from Markarth in Skyrim but his father was a proud general of the Legion and was assigned to Seyda Neen when the Empire first started to be stationed in the town. His father ran a small wood cutting and trading operation on the side which was able to afford Tjorn a nice manor and comfy life growing up. Tjorn was always a momma's boy and would often follow her around daily, asking for sweets and attention. In his teen years he started working for his father as a wood cutter, but teens rebel and Tjorn found himself being quite good at pickpocketing and five finger discounts. He was caught a few times and after a few fines and the threat of chopping off his thieving hands by his father he stopped. Tjorn's teen years were not very eventful, a few trips to Balmora via Silt Strider or walking the ways to Pelagiad, selling lumber and firewood. As Tjorn got older he grew and interest in the lute, after a wandering bard visited Seyda Neen. Tjorn would spend his nights playing the lute, this annoyed his father greatly, so they moved Tjorn from the main manor to the guest house near the end of his teens.
  2. As he grew into a young man of his 20s Tjorn had grew better at the lute and found a liking to fishing, he would also start collecting dwemeri oriented items from shady dealers he met in Balmora and Pelagiad. His father started training him in long blades so he could defend himself. As he grew better at slaying mudcrabs and chasing off cliffracers and nix hound he was approached by a local dunmer who hired Tjorn to slay mudcrabs and sell him the meat he could harvest from them. Tjorn felt like this was his first real job and became quite good at slaying mudcrabs. When he wasn't working for his father or the dunmer he was in the guest house playing the lute or fishing on the docks. His mother tried to get him to become a scholar and would buy him rare books often, but Tjorn was never one to sit down and read. By the age of 23 Tjorn's father grew tired of his son still living on his property, working a easy life and pestering his mother for sweet treats even in the age of a young man. Eventually Tjorn's father had a set of leather and dwemer armor fashioned for Tjorn. Tjorn's father one night told Tjorn, over dinner, that he was no longer allowed to live on the property. Tjorn was distraut and quickly ran to his mothers side and begged to stay, but Tjorn's father would have none of it. On a foggy day he set off with his new armor and steel saber his father trained him with. His mother packed a backpack full of potions and sweets for Tjorn. Tjorn groaned and protested but on a foggy Tirdas afternoon Tjorn set out to make his own in life, and become the man and adventurer his father wants him to become.
