I read your posting for software engineer with great interest.

I recently graduated from the computer science department at Brandeis University with an MA and BA as well as a BA in English literature. My thesis, titled "The Applications and Ramifications of Location Aware Software on a Mobile Development Platform with a focus on gaming"  was on the ways that location based software is being used at the moment and more importantly how it can be used to its fullest potential.  I have studied both the theory and practice behind software engineering and I can bring a fresh energy and commitment to performance because of that.

Additionally, I've had a number of computer science related jobs ranging from web design, networking, 3d modeling, programming, tech support and more. I have learned how to manage projects and work in a variety of fields with a variety of people which prepares me to make a strong and immediate impact at Google.

I have been following the advancements Google has been making lately in web-based applications and I am very excited about the opportunity to work with all of you. Thank you for your time and consideration.
