>When I hit a deadlock over how to make a vaguely alcohol-related manga for serialization, my editor told me "How about making a story with those "squids" from Spl*toon?" which left a strong impression on me. Squid... Squid... This brought about some trial and error.
>Eventually, I storyboarded something that combined alcohol with ogres and girls, which zinbei-san turned into a beautiful work of art.
