  4. The study techniques I chose relate to the Woo strength

  6. 1: Create a study group of people you do not know yet. Creating a study group with people you have not met before can make learning easier in-class because I find that studying by yourself can be hard if you don't understand a certain subject. With a study group you can ask someone who does understand and they can explain it to you.

  8. 2: Connect reading material to people you have met. This helps you get involved in the reading and not become bored, and you will better remember what you read and generate more insights. This will help me because if I were to connect stories, interesting facts about the people I met, etc I will be more likely to memorize that specific reading material.

  14. I learned a very helpful technique that I have utilized since last year and it has not failed me yet. This is to break up that specific task that I have procrastinated. Like it mentions in the article; "Nothing is going to be achieved by trying to eat a burger in one bite, you’ll choke" This means to break it up into chunks to make it manageable. I do this by breaking up my homework by every 5 questions, take a break, then have at it on the next 5 questions, then repeat. This strategy helps me get through my homework easier and having that feeling of finishing that task can give you major satisfaction.

  20. This article lists what causes test anxiety, symptoms of test anxiety, etc. The short bullets really help with what to do to overcome it, prepare for it, and how to cope with it. As the article mentions, "Test anxiety is very common among medical students. It is also normal to feel some level of anxiety or stress about an exam. Anxiety can be a motivator" but test anxiety does not specifically apply to medical students, it applies to all students who face this. But it also mentions that it can be a motivator, I agree with this because if you see yourself failing or doing terrible, but you will be more inclined to study harder and harder and in the end it will pay off because you did well.
