Recommendation:
Based on the findings from the gathered data and information provided by online articles, the following are the recommendation in choosing the right portable storage device:
•	A simple user with a simple storage needs, cloud storage should be able to cater in a better way since there are free services that offers small capacity enough for the simple needs however if it is for a big time capacity storage, external HDD should be a better suit since they usually offer bigger with a lesser price.
•	In terms of security, both devices have risk in terms of losing the all the data and possible of unauthorized access. External HDD’s security will entirely depend on the person as the risk involved in it are theft, physical damage and virus in which can all be avoided when one is careful enough. With Cloud storage, once the data is uploaded, there will be risks such as prone to viruses, corruption, technical problem that may affect the data and a person that could open your data without you knowing it.
•	Convenience and accessibility will depend on on the internet connection, if having an internet anytime is not a problem, then cloud storage would be the best choice as it can be accessed anywhere as long you are connected to the internet. Phones and tablets do not have any USB ports which are required for external HDD access.
•	Storing large data files is recommended for External HDD as it is faster for us to transfer files over and it is usually large enough for it to handle any large data. Having a slow internet connection will never work with cloud storage device as it will take too long to back up the file in which may cause a corruption on the data as there might be interruptions on the connection.
