Note that quantity does not equal quality. Your backstory should be extremely descriptive of how you picked your career, what you've done with your career, and how you made your way toward the Zone. People in the Ecologist Faction can come from all over the world, but those that come from a greater distance should be aware that it is expected that they have a strong reason for making such a long pilgrimage. Another note is that there is no ranking system, your branch of study, your length of time in the zone, and your contribution to research being conducted in the zone will give you seniority in the research team. This isn't going to be a contest for ranks, they are there to do research. The Ecologists is a faction that will be creating a lot of events for the entire server, so if you are planning on applying, be ready for a lot of passive and a lot of brainstorming as far as research projects. Be realistic in your field of study, pick something that your actually going to work on in the server and be interested in. Also note that the application process may be rough as the Ecologist Faction is meant to be smaller than every other faction, thus I've had to make the apps a bit difficult. Also, the field of study you chose does not have a huge impact on your application or chance of being accepted., it is merely for formal matters.
