WHY! Who makes much of a miracle?
As to me, I know of nothing else but miracles,
Whether I walk the streets of Liberty City,
Or dart my sight over the seemingly never-ending landscapes of Tamriel,
Or wade with naked feet along the beach, just on the edge of the Santa Monica district,
Or stand under trees in the endless world of Minecraftia,
Or talk by day with Liara, the one I love-or sleep in the bed at night aboard the USS Normandy,
Or sit at the campfire at dinner with Leliana and Morrigan,
Or look at strangers opposite me racing past on their Epic Mounts,
Or watch the wildlife scurry about all across the old western planes,
Or zombies feeding all across the city,
Or bullets-or the joyous feeling of grenades flying through the air,
Or the wonderfulness of the day-night cycle-or of stars illuminating the world of Panau,
Or the exquisite, precise, exact curve of the new scimitar in the forge,
Or whether I go among those that fight for justice, and those who believe in equality-Commander Sheppard, John Marston, JC Denton,
Or among the Gerudo-or to Zora’s Domain-or with the Kokiri,
Or stand a long while looking at the colossal Big Daddies protect their Little Sisters,
Or behold townspeople and their hefty dialogue trees,
Or the awe-stricken sight of the sixteen colossi, or your trustworthy steed by your side,
Or the nightmarish creatures filling the hospital, or the guilty dragged to Silent Hill,
Or my own eyes and figure at the character creation screen;
Among many others, each and every one, are to me miracles,
Sharing one distinct similarity-yet each unique, among its own genre.

To me, every line of programming is a miracle,
Every bit and byte of data is a miracle,
Every square inch of the surface of the dual-layered DVD is spread with the same,
Every simulated world swarms with this data;
Every character or creature-the textures, AI, model, of humans and non-humans, and all that concerns them,
All these to me are creative miracles filled with the imagination of many.

To me technology is a continual miracle;
The people who program-the machines-the swiftness of artists at their easels,
What stranger miracles are there?
