Pokedex:

-The part on the top of the head is its real mouth
-It can rotate its head 180 degrees and its face 180 degrees
-When it swishes its tail, its whiskers may begin to move like clock hands
-It often makes clock noises, even digital ones
-When it vanishes, the smile is usually the last thing to disappear
-The ears resemble a witches hat
-Tail is a clock weight
-It moves either rapidly in a twitchy manner, or slowly and abnormally smoothly
-It employs mild hypnosis to cause hallucinations and day dreams, which it then feeds on
-It is said to appear to those whose mortal clocks are about to run out

Sun: A relatively dim species, these cats are known to employ hypnosis and feed on dreams. It is said to be an omen of one's own untimely demise
Moon: Heclate often stalk Mimikyu, attempting and usually failing to capture them. It's hypothesized that their stupidity leads them to believe the ghosts are actual mouse Pokemon
