Considering I'm importing Hyperion, an Earth-sized spacecraft with the toughest guns that the Fifth Imperium could produce, I'm pretty sure it doesn't need additional upgrades. Even if it's brought down to the level of tech available in this setting.

I mean... what is there really to say, in this setting? I'm not getting involved in the war and I don't figure a single ship, even if it's theoretically as powerful as any other single ship in this setting, can turn the tide on its own when it's been LIMITED to the maximum power available in this universe. Better to lay low since it's not my war at all.

At least Hyperion can be reasonably compact when needed in the future, though.
