- 5 Roma Tomatoes
- 3/4 Cup Minced Cilantro (half a bunch)
- 1 Tablespoon Diced Jalapenos (1 small jalapeno)
- 1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion (half a red onion)
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Instructions
- 1. Dice the roma tomatoes and then rinse with cold water in a strainer. Let them sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Mince the cilantro, jalapeno, and half onion. Combine these, along with the lime juice and salt.
- Done!
