Valentine's Massacre

King Ghidorah Vs Godzilla (2014) Vs The M.U.T.O.s

The Female M.U.T.O. continued her rampage through San Francisco, destroying buildings left and right. Tanks fired with no effect, followed by the kaiju destroying them with a mighty stomp. Another M.U.T.O., a male, flew through the skies, destroying buildings with no effort. The Female M.U.T.O. ventured back to her nest, watching her eggs grow from the radiation of a nuclear missile. Soon they would hatch.

Unfortunately for the M.U.T.O.s, that would not be the case. Strong winds picked up as a golden-scaled, three-headed dragon landed off the coast. After his embarrassing defeat in Osaka, King Ghidorah needed something to vent his anger on. These two creatures would suffice.

Yellow rays suddenly scorched the Female M.U.T.O.'s back, leaving fresh burns on her body. The leviathan roared, turning her head to see a majestic but monstrous beast. His golden scales and wings illuminated the night as his six, crimson eyes narrowed at the M.U.T.O., cackling as he pelted her with more gravity bolts. Enraged, the Female M.U.T.O. bellowed and charged King Ghidorah.

The three-headed dragon quickly responded by flapping his tremendous wings, creating strong gusts of winds. The female kaiju pushed against the winds, but she was eventually blown away and into a nearby building. King Ghidorah laughed sadistically as he fires gravity bolts at the rubble, creating explosions.

Suddenly, something slammed into Ghidorah from behind, causing him to fall face-first into the ground. As the alien looked to see his attacker, he was greeted by a black claw slamming into his chest, knocking the air out of the Ghidorah. The dragon quickly responded by firing gravity bolts into the creature's face, sending it flying back. The sleek, black kaiju quickly recovered, dive-bombing Ghidorah's chest. The Male M.U.T.O. roared triumphantly as King Ghidorah was sent to the ground. King Ghidorah wouldn't be beaten this easily, however, kicking the M.U.T.O. in the chest and sending it many meters away. Just as the alien got back up, though, King Ghidorah was smacked in the right head's jaw by one of the Female M.U.T.O.'s massive claws. King Ghidorah screeched in frustration as his mouth began to bleed. He wouldn't be defeated by these two pathetic bugs! As the female charged again, King Ghidorah unleashed more gravity bolts from his maw, sending her crashing down. Ghidorah also saw the Male M.U.T.O. coming from behind, and casually grabbed its throat with his tail before hurling the M.U.T.O. into a nearby building. The dragon then approached the female, ready to end the fight.

Godzilla had other plans, however.

An ear-splitting roar suddenly was heard from all across San Francisco. King Ghidorah recognized that voice, but it seemed different somehow. Before he could react, a huge tail slammed into Ghidorah's back, sending him to the ground. As the dragon began the get up, the kaiju -now recognized as a Godzilla- began to light up his dorsal plates, and a stream of blue fire was sent into King Ghidorah, burning the alien's scales. For the first time in this battle, Ghidorah had actually felt pain. He would not let this happen again as he flew up and covered Godzilla in gravity bolts and explosions.

As the smoke cleared, however, Godzilla was revealed with barely any scratches from the assault. Enraged, the Ghidorah flew straight at the Gojiran. Godzilla was prepared, however, and slammed his tail straight into King Ghidorah's scaly chest, sending him hurtling into a nearby radio tower. Ghidorah was still dizzy from the power of the attack as he emerged from the rubble. As Godzilla taunted the stunned alien, the Male M.U.T.O. suddenly attacked from behind, stabbing Godzilla's weak gills. As the Alpha Predator struggled to get him off, the Female M.U.T.O. attacked as well, knocking the air out of Godzilla with a strong headbutt attack. As Godzilla fired his atomic breath, it seemed to be considerably weaker than before contact with the M.U.T.O.s.

As King Ghidorah gained his wits, the ancient destroyer briefly considered waiting until a winner was decided and killing the weakened victor, but his pride wouldn't let him. Ghidorah would kill his foes up close and personal, watching the life slowly drain from their bodies. As the two M.U.T.O.s gained up on Godzilla, King Ghidorah approached the female from behind. The Male M.U.T.O. tried to warn his mate, but it was too late, as the alien began choking the Female M.U.T.O. with his necks. The female was able to bite one of Ghidorah's necks, however, causing him to squeal in pain and throw the kaiju meters away. The male tried to fly off to help his mate, but Godzilla grabbed hold of one of his arms and rose a claw.

SLASH!

The Male M.U.T.O.'s arm and left wing were torn off like paper, blood gushing all over the Gojiran. The creature screamed in agony and tried to flee, only to run straight into a frenzied Ghidorah, who quickly grabbed the M.U.T.O.'s head with his necks and twisted. With a sickening CRACK, the Male M.U.T.O.'s neck was broken. Unfortunately for the M.U.T.O., he miraculously survived, and roared in agony as he was left to drown in his own blood. The Female M.U.T.O., having recently woke up, heard the cry and rushed over to her mortally wounded mate, ignoring the sounds of a Ghidorah and Gojiran battling it out nearby. The female softly roared to the male, only to be met with a weak groan, and then silence....dead silence. As the Female M.U.T.O. cried out, what could only be described as tears seemed to drop from the kaiju's eyes. But then...it spotted the kaiju. Those who had attacked her. Those who had murdered her mate.

King Ghidorah fired another volley of gravity bolts at the Gojiran, dealing minimal damage. As the two engaged in close combat, they matched each other blow for blow. Suddenly, a furious roar was heard just near the two. King Ghidorah turned his heads just in time to see the Female M.U.T.O. smash her claws into his chest, shattering some of his ribs and sending him flying into a nearby building. Godzilla turned to the M.U.T.O., charging the beast, only to be very quickly overpowered. For every attack he made, the kaiju would make a stronger counter-attack. Every atomic beam he would try to fire would be met by laughter.

At one point, Godzilla was able to restrain the Female M.U.T.O. long enough to pry her jaws open, but his atomic energy had been all but drained at this point. The M.U.T.O. replied with a bone-shattering headbutt, completely ignoring the gravity bolts fired by King Ghidorah. Stunned, Godzilla was unable to avoid the punch that rattled his jaw. Or the claw that went straight through his body, sending the bloodied Gojiran face-first into the dirt.

The Female M.U.T.O. then turned to the three-headed dragon. Before Ghidorah knew it, she was on him in an instant, pelting him with slash-after-slash, bite-after-bite. Before he could blink, the alien's chest was a mess of blood and gore. As the M.U.T.O. tried to slash again, she was caught off-guard and sent back by gravity bolts. Unable to move his wings, Ghidorah manipulated gravity to propel himself into the air. Momentarily stunned, the Female M.U.T.O. wasn't prepared for the dive-bombing kick that hit her. Blood splattered as her jaw was completely broken. The Female M.U.T.O. struggled to stand, only to collapse again from the pain. King Ghidorah charged another gravity bolt to finish her off before stopping. King Ghidorah turned away from the beast and flew from the now leveled city. Let this beast suffer. It would be too merciful to finish the job for her, Ghidorah thought as he flew from San Francisco and into space.
