How to move files/folders to root directory

How to move files/folders to root directory. Some people usually dont understand that you cant just move shit into a privileged directory without root. So this is what i do.

Log out / Switch Userlogin as root, normally root:toor or root:<your password you chose at installation>
Open /home/<user>/<whereever file is> find your file you want to move.
Now open file system, go to where you want to move file to Example:</usr/share/icons/>
Then just move it over.
