Repack Defraggler Dual x86 & x64

Usage:			<defraggler-dual-setup.exe> [Switches] [Defraggler install options]
			All switches are optional.

Switches:
/ai	Quiet mode, install Free Edition and display only extraction dialog.
/ai2	Quiet mode, install Professional Edition and display only extraction dialog.
/ai3	Quiet mode, install Business Edition and display only extraction dialog.
/gm2	Disable extraction dialog.
/h | /?	Display this help.

Defraggler Installation Options:
