  1. Absorbing the Black Mud from a corrupted Grail and the remains of Black Beast of 666 had been great steps forward, jumping through the various timelines to achieve his ends had be a bit of a gamble with his resources but he was more than willing to do it if he could improve beyond simply making knives and being a general push over.
  2. Then came the land with the elves who spoke the Language of Magic. It had taken him some great deal of time to take in enough of them to learn how to work the Language, but he’d managed with a pep in his step and a great deal of ravenous hunger. With the Jumper ignoring the Elves very pointedly he didn’t even have to worry about the whole ‘eating people is bad’ speeches so it was a great win all around.
  3. The next time he’d come out to play was in that place with the funny moon. He’d stayed on the moon which the Jumper had left immediately and had been found eating funny squeaky clowns by a snake lady who was really nice to him. The snake lady had been surprised at the properties of the Black Mud he could now produce, though he still couldn’t do as those other Grails and produce Servants, so she’d added her Black Blood stuff to it just to see what would happen, a real go-getter snake lady. The results made her so happy she’d given her own child a transfusion of the stuff, sharing the love how great is that. His grin widened as he kept remembering more and more stuff.
  4. Like the whole virus thing from the pirate queen who also gave him the best sword he’d ever seen. Gehaburn was a great thing and this was true.
  5. The stuff he’d picked up at that place with all the Cultivation was cool too. All the World’s Evil was now a Cultivation Method, yay! Now other folks could learn Curses Without End as a technique! Spread the word! Fight evil with Evil! Here’s a knife with a complementary scroll on how to do it!
  6. Eating every last demon in the Demon Shaft and the Dark Elemental’s remains had taken forever! However the resulting boost had been pretty substantial so he wasn’t complaining!
  7. Then came the land with burning words and lonely stars. He’d spent a ton of time working on stuff there and it was great! Seriously who leaves eight-thousand human souls just lying around like that? There were entire warehouses full of the things and he’d cleared them out. He became quite the name among the seedier side of the world as a Soul Stealer who asked for nothing and was rumored to hate the Denizens of Hell with a burning rage. Wrong but it was funny to hear about.
  8. Then the Jumper had made a mind-world thing and painted it so white that he couldn’t feel anything. So being a nice guy he’d moved in and gotten gotten most of the worst nightmares under control in the underworld, a black mirror to the Jumper’s White Wonderland. This was great because he’d been starting to have trouble hiding from the Jumper’s Perfect Eye for a few years now.
  9. Next time he made any big moves was in the Shadow Realm. Where he’d met with these Archfiend fellows who he managed to get a lot out of before they all got blasted to shreds by some giant golden man. Thankfully the damn guy didn’t have a way to harm him but he sure as heck gave it the ol’ college try.
  10. Learning how to make those Einherjer things was just the thing he’d needed to make up for his lack of Servant-folk. Now he could once more call himself a Black Grail proper.
  11. In recent times he’d been off to the side just collecting more and more of The World’s Evils and building up his Curses Without End. The worlds the Jumper had gone to were pretty normal places and he couldn’t do much, though the one place that had a massive hole to Hell had been cool to look at.
  12. Yep, Grail-Kun thought as he made the finishing his latest meal. It may have been boring at points. It may have been tedious beyond all things. It may have been dangerous. But he was slowly, surely becoming the Jumper’s BEST FRIEND! As the colorless fog lifted he wondered…
  13. What should he eat next?
