Simon Belmont is seen in a dark castle, the same one from his reveal trailer, death is seen dead on the floor, with him picking up the skull from the ground to examine it. As he does, the skull, as well as the other bones start to shake and glow a gradient of purple and black. The bones start to reform, as death begins to speak . . .
"You can't kill death"!
Simon steps back, whipping his chain against the ground, when suddenly, a light slowly forms behind him, he turns to see, Jesus Christ. Jesus runs past Simon and round house kicks death in the air, knocking his skull off his body and pushing his chest into the ground, grabbing his arms and pulling them off, he turns to Simon

Gameplay:

Jesus is a mid-weight, average height magic user. His render shows his cross on his back, with his traditional white rode and red sash, and brown open toed shoes, there are red bloody holes in his palms and feet. His pose is similar to the one of him on the cross, but his head is titled down with a smug smile, same legs crossed, floating above the ground. In game, he stands about a head taller then Luigi. He floats when standing and moving.

Dash attack- Jesus roundhouse kicks forward while floating

Forward tilt- Jesus jabs forward

Up tilt- Jesus flips and kicks upwards

Down tilt- Jesus swings the cross around on the ground quickly

Forward Smash- Jesus charges up a prayer and sends out a "blessing" in the form of a bright light

Up Smash- Jesus grabs the cross and jabs it upwards

Down Smash- Jesus smash the cross into the ground like a hammer, will dig enemies into the ground

Neutral Aerial- Jesus kicks in a circle

Forward Aerial- Jesus kicks forward

Back Aerial- Jesus flips around and faces the other side, kicking

Up Aerial- Jesus floats up slightly, punching upward

Down Aerial- Jesus slams the cross into the ground, think young link

Grab- Jesus grabs the enemy with his hand by the neck

Pummel- Jesus smacks the bible across the enemies face

Forward Throw- Jesus spins the enemy around and kicks them forward in the chest

Back Throw- Jesus throws the enemy above his head and kicks them like a football away

Up Throw- Jesus kicks them upward with his knee

Down Throw- Jesus slams the cross into their chest

Floor Attack- Jesus spins and kicks in a circle

Edge Attack - Jesus pins the cross in front of him and climbs up

Neutral Special - Divine Power
Jesus glows a bright white light that covers him, once it's done, he gets a random effect: (does not happen if he is hit while charging)
-Invincible for 5 seconds
-Heal 10%
-Attack power up (White Glow)
-Defense power up (Blue Glow)
-Movement speed up (Red Glow)
-Random Item
-Final Smash Meter charge (If on)
-10% damage to random enemy

Side Special- Body and Blood
Jesus throws out red wine and bread (think game and watch but faster and travel faster)

Up Special- Ascend
Jesus slowly rises up, getting faster as he does, before coming to a halt, during this he can't move or attack, but also can't be damaged

Down Special- The Word of the Lord
Jesus opens up a bible and sends a strike of lighting in front of him that travels slightly forward

Final Smash- Sinners go to HELL
Jesus rises up to heaven and sends down blood rain and frogs, being hit by a frog sends you off screen. After 10 seconds, all hit by the frogs will be in hell, where they are seen looking scared as Satan comes up from behind and stabs them with a spear, setting them on fire, and throwing them into lava


Shield Animation- Jesus hides behind his cross

Forward Roll- Jesus rolls forward, pushing his cross forward

Side Taunt- Jesus prays for a second
Up Taunt- Jesus looks up and asks God for strength
Down Taunt- Jesus draws a cross with his fingers

Kirby Hat- Kirby gets a Jesus Beard. He is able to do two of Jesus' abilities at random
